NEW YORK - January 28, 2013 - Marking an industry reality show first, Oxygen Media is ramping up for the highly anticipated premiere of its new competition series "The Face" by joining hosting a Google+ Hangout, a real-time group video chat that will have segments broadcasted live on the network and also presented in its entirety on Oxygen.com,Google+ and YouTube on Wednesday, February 6 at 8 PM ET. The live web chat will feature a Q&A session with influential bloggers and the series' stars, including supermodel coaches Naomi Campbell, Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha, as well as the show's host Nigel Barker. Moderated by SuChin Pak, Chief Correspondent for DailyCandy, the popular women's fashion and lifestyle digital media company, Google+ Hangout will serve to engage a global audience in a live conversation and offer sneak peeks of the highly-anticipated series premiering on Tuesday, February 12 at 9 PM ET/PT. The use of Google+ Hangouts is consistent with the network's 2013 digital strategy, which emphasizes interactivity and original, customized content.
