BAD MANAGEMENT (ABC/ABC Studios; W: Holly Walsh & Sharon Horgan; D: Ben Taylor) - The single-camera pilot - about a slightly self-centered boss (Sharon Horgan) at a high-end luxury goods department store who finds her ways challenged when the owner's son (David Spade) comes to town and makes youth and sex the new company focus - isn't a go for the fall however remains in consideration for midseason. Alan Thicke, Bradley Dodds, E.J. Bonilla, Greta Lee, Rachael Harris and Rob Huebel also star. (Deadline.com)


BEVERLY HILLS COP (CBS/Sony; W: Shawn Ryan; D: Barry Sonnenfeld) - The Eye has passed on its much-ballyhooed drama pilot, which continues the film franchise with Axel Foley's (Eddie Murphy) son Aaron (Brandon T. Jackson) following in his father's footsteps, taking down the criminal elements of the rich and famous in Beverly Hills. The cast also included Christine Lahti, David Denman, Kevin Pollak and Sheila Vand. It's understood producer Sony Pictures Television is actively shopping the project elsewhere. (Deadline.com)


BIG THUNDER (ABC/ABC Studios; T: Jason Fuchs; D: Rob Bowman) - The Alphabet has passed on the theme park inspired-drama pilot, about a 19th century doctor (Ed MacLiam) who relocates his family from New York City to frontier town Big Thunder after a mysterious mining tycoon (Alex Hassell) offers to fund his research only to discover all is not what is seems. Alex Meraz, Ana De La Reguera, Pierce Gagnon, Ruth Bradley, Spencer Locke and Zahn McClarnon also starred. (Deadline.com)


DIVORCE: A LOVE STORY (ABC/Sony; W: Daniel Lappin & Mike Sikowitz; D: Pamela Fryman) - The multi-camera comedy - about a recently divorced couple (Jason Jones, Andrea Anders) who were bad at marriage and discover they are even worse at divorce - likewise won't be receiving a series commitment. Adam Goldberg and Regina King also starred in the project, which was based on an Israeli format. (Deadline.com)


DOUBT (ABC/Sony; W: David Shore; D: Thomas Schlamme) - The Steve Coogan-led drama pilot - about a cunning but charming ex-cop who's now a low-rent lawyer that uses his street smarts to work the system for his clients while battling his own demons - won't be moving forward to series. Carla Gugino, Greg Grunberg, John Pankow, Kacey Rohl, Mercedes Ruehl and Rockmond Dunbar also starred. (Deadline.com)


JOHN MULANEY SHOW, THE (NBC/Universal; W: John Mulaney; D: TBA) - The Peacock has passed on the multi-camera comedy pilot, based on the life of the stand-up comedian and his efforts to be a good person, much to the annoyance of everyone around him. The project also featured Elliott Gould, Griffin Newman, Martin Short, Nasim Pedrad and Seaton Smith. (Deadline.com)


MIDDLE AGE RAGE (ABC/ABC Studios; W: Cheryl Holliday; D: Julie Anne Robinson) - The Annie Mumolo-led half-hour - about a wife/mother/Oprah fan who is fed up with feeling invisible and begins to speak up and demand the respect she feels she's earned - also won't be heading to series at the Alphabet. Amblin Television was behind the single-camera project, which also starred Kellee Stewart, Melanie Leishman, Skyler Gisondo, Will Sasso and Wyatt Oleff. (Deadline.com)


MOTHER'S DAY (CBS/CTS; W: Elisa Zuritsky & Julie Rottenberg; D: TBA) - The Debra Messing-led comedy pilot - about a 40-year-old mother of three in Park Slope, Brooklyn who constantly lies to keep up with the demands of work, home and family - likewise isn't moving forward to series. Maggie Elizabeth Jones, Michael Nathanson and Paul Adelstein also starred in the single-camera project. (Deadline.com)


PULLING (ABC/ABC Studios; W: Gene Stupnitsky & Lee Eisenberg; D: Jason Moore) - The Alphabet has passed on its import of the U.K. series, about a woman (June Diane Raphael) who decides to move in with her best friends (Kristen Schaal, Jenny Slate) after breaking off her engagement the day before her wedding. Matt Oberg also starred in the single-camera project, which producer ABC Studios plans to shop elsewhere. (Deadline.com)


RECKLESS (ABC/ABC Studios; W: Chris Black; D: Martin Campbell) - The network has opted not to move forward with the drama pilot, about David Ritter (Patrick Fugit), a resourceful engineer who will do anything - legal or otherwise - to get back Sarah Harrison (Eloise Mumford), his doctor wife, after she's trapped in East Myanmar during a military coup. Also starring in the project are Ashton Holmes, Bess Armstrong, Ernie Hudson, Lou Taylor Pucci, Lyndon Smith, Naveen Andrews, Parminder Nagra and Stephen Lang. (Deadline.com)


SPY (ABC/ABC Studios; W: Simeon Goulden; D: Alex Hardcastle) - The Rob Corddry-led comedy pilot - about a hapless single father who tries to impress his precocious 10-year-old son (Mason Cook) by joining the CIA - isn't moving to series at the network. The single-camera project, based on Simeon Goulden's U.K. series of the same name, also starred Camille Guaty, Ken Jeong, Moshe Kasher, Nat Faxon, Paget Brewster and Rose Abdoo. (Deadline.com)


UNTITLED ROBERT PADNICK PROJECT (NBC/Universal; W: Robert Padnick; D: Kyle Newacheck) - The single-camera comedy pilot - about four hopeful city-dwellers as they step through the endless mine field of their romantic entanglements - isn't moving forward to series at the Peacock. UNTITLED TAD QUILL PROJECT (CBS/CTS; W: Tad Quill; D: James Burrows) - The Eye has passed on its Matthew Broderick-led comedy pilot, about a widower father raising his 12-year-old son while jumping back into the dating pool. WESTSIDE (ABC/Warner Bros.; W: Byron Balasco; D: McG) - The Alphabet has passed on the drama pilot, about "Romeo & Juliet"-esque lovers (Luke Bracey, Odette Annable) from rival families in the surfing community of Venice, California. The ensemble cast included Brooklyn Sudano, Bruce Greenwood, Dean Winters, Jennifer Beals, Jessica Lu, Lexi Ainsworth, Lincoln Lewis and Michael Graziadei. (Deadline.com)
