Live From the Red Carpet: The 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards (6pm ET/3pm PT)

Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic will be on the red carpet talking to all of your favorite television stars and Emmy nominees. Additionally, Kelly Osbourne and Ross Mathews will be in E!'s Skybox to bring their thoughts on all the fashion and style of the night.
