New Deal Secures Gameshow on China's CCTV-1

Los Angeles, CA (October 7, 2013) -- Multimedia entertainment studio Electus, an operating business of IAC (NASDAQ: IACI), has licensed Bet on Your Baby to China's largest commercial broadcaster, CCTV-1. CCTV-1 has committed to launching the series at 6pm on Sunday, October 13. In addition to the deal with CCTV-1, the distribution outfit has licensed Bet on Your Baby into 21 other territories. The hit reality competition series which airs on ABC in the United States is a primetime gameshow in which parents try to predict their child's next move in an effort to win money for their child's future education.

"The successful rollout of Bet on Your Baby internationally has proven that titles which are developed to be both relatable and entertaining from their inception, will always have the best chance for global success," said John Pollak, President of Electus International.
