This week's "On the Record: Every Time I Fall In Love" opens with a special acoustic performance of the song by songwriter Sarah Buxton, includes footage of Bowen's performance of the song at the Bluebird Café and, offers behind-the-scenes interviews with "Nashville's" creator/executive producer Callie Khouri, acclaimed music producer Buddy Miller, showrunner Dee Johnson, songwriter Sarah Buxton, and the song's performer Clare Bowen as they discuss the sentiment of the song and how it complements the story line.
"One of the greatest things about Sarah is that she's a brilliant storyteller and everything she writes just gets you," said Bowen.
"It's really one of my favorite songs I've ever heard. Once you hear it, it becomes part of your DNA," shared Khouri.
"Scarlett is on this new journey of being a solo performer... It needed to be one of those magical Scarlett moments and she really nailed it, and that's a beautiful song," added Johnson.
All original music is released by ABC Studios, Lionsgate and ABC Music Lounge in association with Big Machine Records.
