DIY Network's "The Vanilla Ice Project" Returns for a Fourth Season on March 8

NEW YORK [For Immediate Release - February 24, 2014] Pop iconVanilla Ice, a.k.a. Rob VanWinkle, is back to tackle his toughest Florida flip ever in the fourth season of DIY Network's popular The Vanilla Ice Project. Premiering Saturday, March 8, at 10 p.m. ET/PT, the 13-episode arc showcases Vanilla Ice as he renovates an outdated mansion on high-dollar lakefront property. In order to renovate, flip the house and turn a profit, Vanilla Ice and his crew must overhaul this diamond in the rough into a luxurious palace suitable for a rock star.

"We need to make an unforgettable first impression for potential buyers. Our bling is going to make this house sing," said Vanilla Ice.

The series features Vanilla Ice's latest house-flipping project: a 6,300 square-foot home surrounded by unfinished landscaping. It sits on the shore of an exclusive training lake for water skiers and is surrounded by beautiful million-dollar homes. The exclusive location comes with a hefty price tag and Vanilla Ice must find cost-effective ways to achieve his grand visions for the estate. From crafting a Tuscan-style kitchen with a one-of-a-kind ceiling mural to completely gutting the master bathroom and transforming it into a spacious spa retreat, the team has their work cut out for them.

"No risk, no reward," said Vanilla Ice. "There's always going to be blood, sweat and tears involved."

Vanilla Ice's other series for DIY Network, Vanilla Ice Goes Amish, was recently renewed for a second season.
