ONE OF HOLLYWOOD'S MOST POPULAR COUPLES BALANCES LIFE, LOVE AND FAMILY WHEN AN ALL-NEW SEASON OF "GIULIANA & BILL" MOVES TO E! TUESDAY, APRIL 1 AT 8:00PM

Los Angeles, CA, February 27, 2014 - Giuliana and Bill Rancic truly live a quintessential love story with a few fateful twists and turns along the way. But this fairy tale is far more complex than girl meeting boy, boy falling in love with girl, and boy and girl living happily ever after. Giuliana and Bill have endured many hurdles over the past several years. They desperately wanted a family and openly struggled to have a baby before becoming the proud parents of a beautiful son, Duke. Giuliana also became an outspoken advocate for breast cancer awareness after being diagnosed and successfully treated in Fall 2011. Throughout all the ups and downs, their love for each other and constant laughter at life's not so funny moments, keeps everything in check.

In this all-new season of "Giuliana & Bill" coming to E! on Tuesday, April 1 at 8pm ET/PT, the couple is enjoying a busy life raising Duke and contemplating another child. Giuliana maintains an insanely demanding schedule as co-anchor of E! News, co-host of Fashion Police, host of E!'s Live From the Red Carpet, a New York Times best-selling author, creator/designer of the successful HSN clothing line G by Giuliana and founder of Fab-U-Wish. Bill is an extremely successful entrepreneur, real estate developer, New York Times best-selling author, co-host of the syndicated show America Now, executive producer of additional television projects, supporter of multiple charities and speaks worldwide to various companies and organizations. The power couple also runs the wildly popular restaurant, RPM Italian in Chicago with two more locations opening this year. At the end of the day though, they are committed to putting their marriage first and keeping their very bright spark lit.

Premiere Episode

The season kicks off with Giuliana and Bill considering having another child but given the immense hurdles they went through the first time, both are understandably nervous about starting the process over again. The first decision that has to be made is if their gestational surrogate Delphine is willing and physically able to carry another child. After discussing the situation with Delphine, does she agree to carry a second son or daughter for Giuliana and Bill and if so, how will this affect Bill's desire to move the family from LA to Chicago? Also, in a quest for peace of mind while Bill is traveling, Giuliana puts three ideas on the table to help her feel more secure: buying a ferocious attack dog, taking an extensive self-defense training program with her friend Robbie Laughlin or arming herself with a pistola.

Throughout the season

Giuliana and Bill prepare for Duke's first birthday but they disagree over everything from the budget to hiring a party coordinator while they start the arduous task of researching preschools. Fans will see Giuliana trying out for a Broadway show and fulfilling a lifelong dream of appearing on The Price is Right while Bill experiences a thrill of a lifetime flying in a stunt plane and takes and eye opening trip to Kuwait. And while Giuliana and Bill are constantly trying to balance their hectic schedules, the fun loving couple always makes time to celebrate an anniversary, honor their speaking engagements across the country, meet with cancer survivors, take a family road trip or run in the New York City Marathon, proving that their bond is unbreakable.

"GIULIANA & BILL" PREMIERES ON E! TUESDAY, APRIL 1 AT 8:00PM

"Giuliana & Bill" is produced by Wilshire Studios, a division of NBCUniversal. Executive producers are Robert Sizemore and Betsy Rott for Wilshire Studios and Giuliana Rancic and Bill Rancic for You & I Productions.
