The 35th meeting of their rivalry will be seen on ESPN and WatchESPN on Sunday, July 6, 2014, at 9 a.m. ET. Chris Fowler will call the action with John and Patrick McEnroe. Gentlemen's Championship - Sunday, July 6, 9 a.m.

· Head to Head: Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer have played each other 34 times to date, only Djokovic-Rafael Nadal (42) and Ivan Lendl-John McEnroe (36) have squared off more often among men in the Open Era. Federer leads the series 18-16, plus 6-5 at the Majors, and 1-0 on grass (2012 Wimbledon semifinal). Their 12th meeting in a Major ties the record (Djokovic-Nadal).

· Major Titles: Djokovic will be seeking his seventh Major title (and would be tied with John McEnroe and Mats Wilander) and second in London, Federer an 18th and a record-breaking eighth at the All England Club (tied with Pete Sampras with seven).

· No. 1 seed Novak Djokovic, 6' 2" and from Serbia, will be playing in his 14th Major final (six wins) and third at Wimbledon (also the third in four years; he won in 2011 and lost to Andy Murray a year ago).

· No. 4 seed Roger Federer will be playing in his 25th Major final (has won a record 17 of them, dropped seven). The 6' 1" Swiss won the first seven, starting with Wimbledon in 2003. It will be his ninth Wimbledon final (7-1); no other man has appeared in more than seven.

· Federer is bidding to become the oldest man to win Wimbledon in the Open Era (at 32 years, 332 days). The current oldest man to win Wimbledon in the Open Era is Arthur Ashe who was 31 years 360 days old when he won the title here in 1975. In the era, only Ken Rosewall was an older men's Wimbledon finalist (35 and 39 in 1970, '74).

· It is also a matchup of former Wimbledon rivals and champions-turned coaches: Boris Becker (three Wimbledons among his six Major titles) with Djokovic, and two-time Wimbledon champion Stefan Edberg, who also won six Majors. The duo met for the trophy in London three consecutive years, with Edberg taking two (1988-90).

· With this matchup, the "Big Four" of men's tennis - Roger Federer (17 career major wins), Rafael Nadal (14), Novak Djokovic (6) and Andy Murray (2) - extend their combined reign in Britain to 12 years, with seven, two, one and one crown on the grass, respectively, covering the past 11 years.

· After Sunday, the fantastic foursome will have won 36 of the last 38 Majors and comprise 30 of the last 32 Major finalists and 58 of the last 68.

· The Rankings: If Djokovic wins, he will jump over Rafael Nadal to be No. 1 in the ATP rankings. By reaching the Final, Federer will step atop Stan Wawrinka to No. 3.

· Reaching the Final: In five matches, Djokovic has played 15:09, Federer for 10:16.
