KEVIN FRAZIER NAMED CO-HOST OF 'ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT' WITH NANCY O'DELL

LOUIS AGUIRRE JOINS 'THE INSIDER' AS CO-HOST ALONGSIDE THEA ANDREWS

LOS ANGELES - August 20, 2014 - Veteran entertainment journalist Kevin Frazier has been named co-host of ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, and Louis Aguirre, co-anchor of Miami's #1 entertainment show "Deco Drive," will join THE INSIDER as co-host, it was announced today by Brad Bessey, executive producer of ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT and THE INSIDER. The new positions are effective Tuesday, September 9.

Frazier moves to the #1 syndicated newsmagazine from THE INSIDER, where he was co-anchor and managing editor. He originally joined THE INSIDER in March 2011, after spending seven years as a correspondent and weekend anchor for ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT.

Aguirre, who first gained national prominence as a correspondent for "Extra," joins THE INSIDER from WSVN, the Fox affiliate in Miami, where he has been an entertainment reporter and the co-anchor of "Deco Drive," the station's popular entertainment program, since 2003.

"Kevin lives and breathes entertainment news; he is the ultimate professional and has a phenomenal relationship with Nancy," Bessey said. "When searching for a new co-anchor, we realized Kev, who gives 110% everyday, is the perfect fit and are thrilled to welcome him home. And, we're just as excited to have Louis join THE INSIDER. He is a dynamic broadcaster with a strong point of view, which will be key as he and Thea offer perspective on the hottest trending entertainment news and pop culture topics of the day."

"With Nancy and Kevin and Thea and Louis and the rest of our ensemble we have two impressive teams with decades of entertainment news experience combined to lead ET and THE INSIDER into the future," said Hilary Estey McLoughlin, President of Creative Affairs for CBS Television Distribution. "Both of these shows will continue to bring a distinctive point of view to the pop culture stories that viewers are talking about each day. We can't wait for viewers to tune in and see the results this fall."

In addition to his position on THE INSIDER, Frazier has kept busy hosting numerous shows and events. Since September 2013, Frazier has hosted "Game Changers With Kevin Frazier," which spotlights professional athletes who use their public image to make positive changes in the lives of fans in need. He also served as lead anchor for College Football on FX and Fox Sports Net and hosted the launch of SportsNet for Time Warner.

In 2011 and 2012, he hosted the "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" on CBS. He is also a popular figure online, hosting CNET's online series "Hooked Up," in which celebrities talk about technology and high-tech gadgets. He was also a guest on the "Big Brother Live Kickoff Show" airing online before the start of the 16th season.

Frazier began his broadcasting career as a local sports reporter. Prior to joining ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT in 2004, he served as host of ESPN's "Sportscenter," "NBA Shoot Around" and "NBA Fastbreak." He also worked at the FX Network as co-host of "The FX Sports Show." He has served as a sideline reporter for the "NFL on Fox" telecasts as well as host of the pre-game shows for "NFL on Fox," "NHL on Fox" and "College Football Saturday."

Aguirre began his TV career at Telemundo in 1989 as a Spanish language reporter, before jumping to WPLG, ABC's station in South Florida, as a reporter and then weekend anchor. In 1994, he moved to Los Angeles to become a correspondent for the nationally syndicated entertainment newsmagazine "Extra." He then served as lead correspondent for "A Current Affair" and as co-host for the Fox News Channel morning show "Fox and Friends" before returning to Florida to work at WSVN.

Aguirre attended the University of Miami and the Universite de Paris at La Sorbonne.
