Directed by Spike Lee and produced by Funny Or Die, JERROD CARMICHAEL: LOVE AT THE STORE, debuting SATURDAY, OCT. 4 (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT), features the comedy star in his first HBO solo special.

Taped May 7 at The Comedy Store in Hollywood, the exclusive presentation features Carmichael's unique take on such topics as: poverty, wealth, crime, race, national tragedies, female empowerment and why talent is more important than morals.
Prior to the premiere of his special, Carmichael embarks on a six-city Love at the Store Tour, beginning Sept. 24 in Philadelphia and culminating Sept. 30 in Los Angeles.
Carmichael's other credits include the feature film "Neighbors" and the TV series "Comedy Bang! Bang!," "Lucas Bros Moving Co" and "The Goodwin Games."
