The powerful new series features the trials and triumphs from every angle and includes gripping first person interviews with the people who lived to tell their stories - and those who were instrumental in helping them survive. Ordinary people who have watched their lives flash before their eyes, stared certain death in the face and overcame it. What key decisions did they make to save their lives? "In an Instant," when it is between life and death - and life wins, premieres on FRIDAY, MARCH 6 (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET) and then moves to its regular timeslot on SATURDAY, MARCH 7, (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Airing Saturday, March 7, 9-11 pm ET: Rush Hour Disaster - Largest Bridge Collapse in America
In August of 2007, during the evening rush hour, an interstate bridge carrying hundreds of people in Minneapolis gave way. The collapse sent dozens of people into a frightening free fall. Among the survivors were a woman trapped underwater in her car and a bus full of kids who were stuck next to a burning bread truck.
Airing Saturday, March 14, 9-11 pm ET: Grizzly Bear Attack
Johan Otter and his daughter were celebrating Jenna's graduation with a hike in Glacier National Park when they came face-to-face with a grizzly. The bear wasn't the only one determined to protect her young. Johan vowed to do whatever it took to save Jenna.
