Kate del Castillo Will Play Mexico's Next First Lady in "Ingobernable," A Netflix Original Series
The series will start shooting in Mexico early 2016 and will be presented in the format of 20 episodes.

Kate del Castillo will play Mexicos next First Lady. Fearless, passionate and sophisticated, the beloved mexican star will be the lead in INGOBERNABLE, a Netflix Original Series

Beverly Hills, Calif., July 23rd, 2015 - Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NFLX), the world's leading Internet television network, announced details of Ingobernable, a Netflix Original series, starring Mexican actress Kate del Castillo.

Del Castillo will play Irene Urzua, the wife of Mexico's president. A woman with a strong personality, conviction and clear ideas, Urzua. is capable of "creating a president, leaving a president and killing a president."

The series which will be produced by Argos and directed by Jose Luis Garcia Agraz and Pedro Pablo Ibarra "Pitipol" will start shooting in Mexico early 2016 and will be presented in the format of 20 episodes.

Ingobernable will be available exclusively on Netflix in 2016
