BURBANK, CA - Prolific television director Ashley Gorman, and Emmy award-winning producer, Patricia Childress, have joined the staff of the upcoming lifestyle talk show, "FABLife." Premiering in national syndication on Monday, September 14, the daily talker features Emmy-winning talk show host, supermodel, and businesswoman Tyra Banks leading an influential panel of lifestyle experts that includes Chrissy Teigen, Joe Zee, Lauren Makk and Leah Ashley. Childress, who will serve as senior supervising producer, and Gorman, join the previously announced team of executive producer Shane Farley, co-executive producer Rebecca Mayer and senior supervising producers, Karl Newton and George Davilas. The announcement was made today by Lisa Hackner, EVP Daytime & Syndicated Programming, ABC Entertainment.
An established director in his native England, Gorman relocated to Los Angeles last summer and directed the "FABLife" pilot before stepping in to direct "The View" re-launch in New York. He has previously directed thousands of hours of live shows in the U.K. and the U.S., including "Hell's Kitchen," "The Biggest Loser," "This Morning" and "Sunday Brunch."

Additionally, Childress was a key member of the team that launched "The Tyra Banks Show" in 2005, going on to oversee the field department as supervising producer and garnering two Daytime Emmy Awards.
"We are thrilled to have Ashley and Patricia join the 'FABLife' team," said Hackner. "With Ashley's incredibly strong vision and Patricia's unique and creative style, combined with the diverse and talented team already in place, 'FABLife' will have a fresh look and tone that is truly unique in daytime."
