CULINARY CHAOS! ESQUIRE NETWORK SETS PREMIERE DATE FOR "KNIFE FIGHT" FOR TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10 AT 9/8C

-- Joining Ilan Hall At The Judges Table Are 'James Beard Winner' Sue Zemanick, 'Top Chef' Alumni Dale Talde, And 'Knife Fight' Season 3 Champion Edi Frauneder --

LOS ANGELES - October 7, 2015 - One hour, two chefs, three mystery ingredients and one hell of a good time. Season four of Esquire Network's raucous after-hours cooking competition series KNIFE FIGHT returns Tuesday, November 10 at 9/8c. Hosted by Chef Ilan Hall, each episode of the hit franchise features two celebrated chefs battling it out head-to-head, making at least two dishes in a single hour from a combination of secret ingredients. Shot bracket tournament style at Hall's Brooklyn-based restaurant, The Gorbals, there can only be one winner left standing.

"It's just two chefs, they come out in this tunnel. And they just throw down. They give them three different ingredients, and they have to go crazy. The winner gets a big knife and the loser gets a small knife," explains Jimmy Fallon, host of The Tonight Show. "It's my favorite show."

Sue Zemanick (Top Chef Masters) and Dale Talde (Top Chef) are tapped to judge the unique dishes each week alongside Hall who returns as the host and judge for his fourth season. A James Beard Award winner, Zemanick is the executive chef of the New Orleans-based restaurant Gauntreau's. A Chicago native, Talde is the proud son of Filipino immigrants and the chef behind Talde, the hot spot franchise known for their contemporary twist on Asian flavors. Culinary master and KNIFE FIGHT season three winner Edi Frauneder will additionally guest judge throughout the season. He's the Michelin-star co-owner of Seasonal, Edi and the Wolf and Third Man.
