Written and executive produced by Jennie Snyder Urman and executive produced by Electus founder Ben Silverman, RCTV's Jorge Granier, and Aquarius TV's Gary Pearl, Jane The Virgin won a Peabody Award, the AFI Program of the Year, People's Choice Award for Favorite New TV Comedy, Gina Rodriguez picked up the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a TV Comedy and the series was nominated for best TV Comedy at the Golden Globe Awards.

"We are incredibly excited to be working with two great partners in CBS and RCTV to sell the format to the groundbreaking and critically acclaimed Jane The Virgin," said John Pollak, President of Electus International.
