DIY NETWORK ORDERS NEW SEASONS OF 'STONE HOUSE REVIVAL' AND 'SALVAGE DAWGS'
New York [June 22, 2017] New seasons of two popular historic home series are on the way as DIY Network renews Stone House Revival starring Jeff Devlin for 13 new episodes and Salvage Dawgs starring Robert Kulp and Mike Whiteside for 13 episodes.
Stone House Revival stars licensed contractor and carpenter Jeff Devlin. The series follows Jeff - who first gained a following on DIY Network's I Hate My Bath and appeared in both seasons of Ellen's Design Challenge - as he and his team of restoration experts work to renovate centuries-old properties in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. In each episode, Jeff refurbishes the homes into modern living spaces, while preserving the homes' historic integrity.
Salvage Dawgs stars Mike Whiteside, a creative bull in a china shop, and Robert Kulp, a former Navy Officer, who salvage historically unique structures set for demolition or remodel. Each salvage is unique - from antique doors and chandeliers to handcrafted mantles and windows, the team is known to uncover unexpected finds, even major items such as a Navy Seal boat. During each episode, the duo brings their treasures back to their store, Black Dog Salvage, for resale or repurpose. The guys sell these valuable pieces to a wide range of clients who use them to restore other historical buildings and add character to newer structures.
