ALL AMERICAN (The CW) - Scot Ruggles will recur on the current season as Coach Wilson, "a football coach from a top ranked Division 1 University who is recruiting Spencer James (Daniel Ezra)." (Deadline.com)
FIRST WIVES CLUB (BET+) - The new streaming service has ordered a second season of the long-in-the-works comedy series, which rolled out in September. (Deadline.com)
HIGHER LOYALTY, A (CBSS) - Rounding out the cast of the James Comey adaptation are Damon Gupton as Jeh Johnson, "the former Secretary of Homeland Security"; Joe Lo Truglio as Jeff Sessions, "the former US Attorney General"; Michael Hyatt as "former US Attorney General Loretta Lynch"; and Spencer Garrett as Bill Sweeney, "the assistant director in charge of the New York FBI field office who was tasked with reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails." ONE ON ONE WITH BLAKE GRIFFIN (Comedy Central, New!) - Six-time NBA All-Star Blake Griffin is set to host a potential interview show at the cable channel in which "famous friends of the NBA star will challenge him to a little One On One, but not in basketball - the catch: each guest gets to choose the game and the terms, with Blake and guest conducting the interview while they play." Trooper Entertainment and Mortal Media are behind the project with Griffin, Dave Caplan, Ryan Kalil and Noah Weinstein executive producing. (Deadline.com)
PROUD FAMILY, THE (Disney+, New!) - The former Disney Channel series, which ran from 2001-2005, will reportedly roll out new episodes in February on the streaming service. Jo Marie Payton, who voices Suga Mama on the series, confirmed the news on "GMA3" this morning. (Deadline.com)
RAMY (Hulu) - Laith Nakli's Uncle Naseem has been promoted to regular for the series' second season. (Deadline.com)
STRANGE ANGEL (CBSAA) - The streaming service has pulled the plug on the period drama after two seasons. "The series brought new meaning to the idea that the truth is stranger than fiction and we are incredibly thankful to the creative team of Mark Heyman, David DiGilio, Ridley Scott and David W. Zucker for their vision, as well as the fantastic cast for bringing the bizarre story of Jack Parsons to life," said the network's Julie McNamara in a statement. (THR.com)
TELL ME A STORY (CBSAA) - Audrey Corsa has booked a recurring role on the series as Taylor: "While Taylor seems mousey at first, she has a hidden rage within. She knows her boyfriend has done something horrible, but she still tries to protect him." (Deadline.com)
THANKS A MILLION (Quibi) - Kristen Bell, Tracy Morgan, Karlie Kloss, Aaron Rodgers and Alex Rodriguez have all signed on to appear in the Jennifer Lopez-produced series, in which people literally pay it forward to people who have changed their life. TOUGH LOVE (FOX, New!) - Lacey Friedman has booked a single-camera comedy at the network which "centers around an aimless, self-involved 21-year-old who reluctantly becomes the guardian to her grandfather and siblings after their mother passes away."
