ALL RISE (CBS) - Dee Harris-Lawrence has signed on as co-showrunner of the freshman drama. She'll take over from Sunil Nayar, who is departing the series. Creator Greg Spottiswood remains as her fellow co-showrunner. (THR.com)
FALLBACK (NBC, New!) - Martin Gero and Brendan Gall have sold a new drama to the network billed as "a sci-fi thriller centered on an-off-the books task force that solves the most difficult and dangerous crimes through a top secret government program." The project, which has a penalty attached, comes from Gero's Warner Bros. Television-based Quinn's House. (Deadline.com)
FLIGHT ATTENDANT, THE (HBO Max) - Briana Cuoco has been cast in her sister Kaley Cuoco's drama series as Cecilia, "a quirky and ambitious assistant who's obsessed with organization and eavesdropping on calls." (Deadline.com)
FLORIDA MAN (FOX, New!) - Nick Stoller and Carla Kettner are teaming for a new drama at the network billed as "a quirky rom-com procedural set in the Florida Panhandle. Since personal tragedy struck five years ago, loquacious, eccentric Bell Prescott hasn't left the rambling property on the Apalachicola River that he shares with his mother. When Bell discovers a dead body, he's forced to venture beyond his agoraphobic boundaries and grudgingly partner with the sole remaining cop in town, the practical, brutally direct Cammie Jessop, to solve the murder. With local infrastructure decimated, Bell grudgingly becomes the town's volunteer criminologist, investigating murders with Cammie as he secretly tries to solve the crime that destroyed his life." Sony Pictures Television and FOX Entertainment are behind the project, which has a put pilot commitment, with Stoller Global Solutions' Conor Welch also executive producing. (Deadline.com)
FUGITIVE, THE (Quibi) - The streaming service's Kiefer Sutherland/Boyd Holbrook-led reboot series has cast Natalie Martinez as Allison; Brian Geraghty as Dale; Genesis Rodriguez as Detective Sloan; and Keilani Arellane as Pearl. (Deadline.com)
HEELS (Starz) - Peter Segal has signed on to direct and executive produce the wrestling drama, which stars Stephen Amell and Alexander Ludwig as brothers Jack and Ace Spade. "Set in a close-knit Georgia community, it follows a family-owned wrestling league as the two brothers and rivals war over their late father's legacy." (Variety.com)
ISB (ABC, New!) - Kevin Costner and Aaron Helbing are set to team for a new drama at the Alphabet about "the elite special agents of the Investigative Services Branch who are tasked with solving the most complex and heinous crimes committed within the diverse and majestic National Parks of the ISB's Pacific West region." The pair are penning the project, which has a put pilot commitment, with Territory Pictures Entertainment's Rod Lake, Ivan Cohen, Ken Halsband and Jon Baird also executive producing for A+E Studios and 20th Century Fox Television. OLYMPIC BOULEVARD (Peacock, New!) - Paula Yoo has sold a musical drama to the streaming service about "a disgraced Korean American former K-Pop star who finds his chance at redemption and a possible comeback when he agrees to teach at one of the first K-Pop training schools in America." Universal Television is behind the project with Neil Meron and Mark Nicholson also executive producing and choreographer Kyle Hanagami serving as a producer. (Deadline.com)
