100, THE: SECOND DAWN (The CW) - The fate of the show's proposed spin-off remains up in the air. "The conversations are now happening at such a high level, they don't include me," Jason Rothenberg told the publication. "I hope to get a call one of these days and get some good news about it. I'd love to be able to continue those adventures. I love those actors and I love the world of the show so much." (TVLine.com)
ALL AMERICAN (The CW) - Chelsea Tavares, who recurs as Patience on the series, has been promoted to regular for the upcoming third season. (Deadline.com)
CHARMED (The CW) - The series will resume production tomorrow in Vancouver following delayed COVID-19 test results for its cast and crew. (Deadline.com)
COPS (Paramount Network) - Filming on the canceled series has resumed "for international territories only." Said effort, which will continue through the first week of November, is following the Spokane County Sheriff's Office and Spokane Valley Deputies. (Deadline.com)
DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW (The CW) - Adam Tsekhman's Gary Green will be promoted to regular on the series for its sixth season. (EW.com)
F IS FOR FAMILY (Netflix) - The streaming service has ordered a fifth and final season of the Bill Burr-led animated series. (@billburr)
GENTLEMEN, THE (New!) - Miramax Television is looking to bring Guy Ritchie's film - which "follows American expat Mickey Pearson (Matthew McConaughey), who built a highly profitable marijuana empire in London" - to the small screen. The project will be written and directed by Ritchie with Ivan Atkinson and Marn Davies likewise executive producing. No plot specifics were given. (Deadline.com)
GOOD DOCTOR, THE (ABC) - Noah Galvin, Summer Brown, Bria Samoné Henderson and Brian Marc are all bound for the upcoming fourth season of the series. Galvin will rescur as Dr. Asher Wolke: "Formerly part of an orthodox Jewish sect, Asher made the choice to separate himself from his former beliefs before deciding to go to medical school." Brown then is Dr. Olivia Jackson, "a Harvard and Oxford graduate, who is oddly insecure for someone with her stellar academic credentials"; with Henderson as Dr. Jordan Allen, "a committed and faithful Baptist, who finds strength and comfort from daily prayer"; and Marc as Dr. Enrique "Ricky" Guerin, "a surfer but definitely not a slacker when it comes to his medical career." JERSEY SHORE FAMILY VACATION (MTV) - The series is back in production on its fourth season as part of a quarantine bubble at a Nevada resort. (Deadline.com)
NEW YORK TV PRODUCTIONS (Various) - "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" and "City on a Hill" are both in pre-production on their new seasons with the former eying a January 2021 start. They'll join "The Flight Attendant," "Blue Bloods," "Bull" and "Gossip Girl," all of which are in production or pre-production, as well as "Power Book II: Ghost," which is shooting pickups for its current season. Rounding out the group is "For Life," which "shut earlier this month after positive COVID-19 tests, [and] is expected to resume shortly." (Deadline.com)
REAL PEOPLE (ABC, New!) - Writer Nedaa Sweiss and director Nisha Ganatra are set to team for a single-camera comedy at the Alphabet which "follows diverse neighboring families who grew close during the lockdown as they struggle to return to everyday life in their own comedic ways." The District's Ruben Fleischer and David Bernad will also executive produce alongside Sweiss and Ladies' Car Productions' Ganatra for ABC Signature. (Deadline.com)
TEHRAN (Apple TV+) - Alon Aranya's Paper Plane Productions has signed a multi-year first-look deal with the streaming service. (Variety.com)
TRIAGE (ABC) - Bex Taylor-Klaus has been cast in the drama pilot as Leonora/Leo, "the gender-fluid youngest first-year intern at New York Trinity and mentee of Finley (Parisa Fitz-Henley). Taylor-Klaus will portray the character in two different decades." (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED CECILY STRONG PROJECT (Apple TV+) - The Cecily Strong-led musical comedy series has cast Keegan-Michael Key as Josh, "Melissa's (Strong) long term, pragmatic partner, and the last person who wants to be stuck in this magical town"; Alan Cumming as Mayor Menlove, "the welcoming mayor of the town with a secret (and a song) in his heart"; Fred Armisen as Reverend Layton, "the mild-mannered religious leader of the town"; Kristin Chenoweth as Mildred Layton, "Reverend Layton's morally superior wife who is in everybody's business"; Aaron Tveit as Danny Bailey, "the town bad boy who is trouble with a capital T, especially once he sets his sights on Melissa"; Dove Cameron as Betsy, "the farmers daughter who instantly falls for Josh"; Ariana DeBose as Emma Tate, "a more modern woman and the town's teacher, she struggles to fit into the town's strict mold"; Jaime Camil as Doc Lopez, "the handsome town doctor with an icy heart"; Jane Krakowski as The Countess, "a stunning and sophisticated woman determined to marry Doc Lopez"; and Ann Harada as Florence Menlove, "the oblivious and dutiful wife of Mayor Menlove." WOMAN'S HOUR, THE (The CW, New!) - Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is developing a seasonal anthology drama at the netlet which "will celebrate those who changed history and have strong contemporary reverberations, appealing to today's rising tide of young, politically active audiences." The project is based on the book by Elaine Weiss, with the first season focusing on "the ferocious battle to ratify the 19th Amendment, the 100th anniversary of which was commemorated in August 2020." Angelina Burnett is penning the script with Clinton, Weiss, and Amblin Television's Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey also executive producing for Warner Bros. Television. (Deadline.com)
