Coming up on the reunion:

Chef Rachel recounts her decision to leave, is put to task for abandoning her crew, and addresses her drunken behavior. With their boatmance causing tension this season, Elizabeth and James air out their differences and answer whether it was all worth it. Meanwhile, Izzy doesn't hold back when discussing her frustration with how she was treated by the deck crew. In a final showdown between Elizabeth and Francesca about how Elizabeth's firing was handled, Elizabeth makes an accusation toward Francesca and Ashling that takes both women by surprise.
