Keith David Cast As Narrator For Season Two Of The Max Original LOVE LIFE

Keith David has been cast as the narrator for season two of the Max Original LOVE LIFE, a romantic comedy anthology series from Lionsgate Television and Feigco Entertainment. Season two focuses on "Marcus Watkins" (Emmy(R) nominee and executive producer William Jackson Harper) as he comes out of a years-long relationship with the woman he thought was going to be his person. The rug pulled out from under him, he is plunged back into the search for the romantic fulfillment that he thought he had already found. The new season is currently in production in New York.

Previously announced cast members: Series regulars William Jackson Harper, Jessica Williams, Punkie Johnson and Chris "Comedian CP" Powell; recurring guest stars Arian Moayed, Leslie Bibb and John Earl Jelks; and guest stars Maya Kazan, Ego Nwodim, Kimberly Elise, Blair Underwood, Janet Hubert and Jordan Rock. Season one's Anna Kendrick, who also executive produces, Zoë Chao, Peter Vack, Sasha Compére and Nick Thune will appear in season two.

Credits: LOVE LIFE season two is co-showrun by creator Sam Boyd, Bridget Bedard and Rachelle Williams. Boyd, Bedard and Williams serve as executive producers with Anna Kendrick, William Jackson Harper, Paul Feig and Dan Magnante. LOVE LIFE is produced by Lionsgate Television and Feigco Entertainment.

About Keith David: Keith David is a classically trained actor, multiple Emmy Award(R) winner and Tony Award(R) nominee. This September, David narrates Ken Burns' "Ali," a documentary about the life of Muhammed Ali premiering on PBS. In October, Amazon and Blumhouse will release "Black As Night," in which he has a starring role. David is currently shooting the limited series "From Scratch" for Netflix and this fall, commences rehearsals for the new Broadway play "Thoughts of a Colored Man," which opens October 31 at the John Golden Theatre. Born and raised in New York City, David is a graduate of the New York High School of the Performing Arts and Juilliard. His film credits include "21 Bridges," "Night School," "The Princess and the Frog," "Requiem for a Dream," "Men at Work," "They Live," "Crash," "There's Something About Mary," "The Thing," "Platoon" and more. David starred in five seasons of "Greenleaf" for Oprah Winfrey's OWN network. Other TV credits include "NCIS: New Orleans," "Blackish," MacGyver," "Fresh Off the Boat," "Community," "Enlisted" and "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood." His voiceover work has earned him three Emmys(R) for narrating Ken Burns' "Jackie Robinson," "The War" and "Unforgivable Blackness - The Rise and Fall of Jack Johnson." Some of his other voice acting credits include "Adventure Time," "Bojack Horseman," "Rick & Morty," "Spawn" and "Gargoyles." On Broadway, he starred in "Seven Guitars" and "Jelly's Last Jam." As a singer, David has toured for the past several years with "Too Marvelous For Words," in which David recreates Nat King Cole. David is currently creating a show about legendary blues singer Joe Williams.
