HERE'S WHAT'S COMING TO SCIENCE CHANNEL THIS MONTH

THIS CAME OUT OF ME

Premiering tonight, February 23 at 8pm ET/PT on Science Channel

· Working in the Emergency Room is all about rolling with the punches and is not for the squeamish. For the doctors and nurses at the 21 SignatureCare Emergency Center locations throughout Texas, it's a chance to take on the challenge of helping people with painful, unusual, and sometimes even gruesome emergency cases. In the series that begs the question 'how did that get there?', audiences will be guided by fashion model turned ER physician, Dr. Ruby Rose, one of twenty-one medical directors who oversee these freestanding ERs. She will treat us to everyday situations in which things end up in places... they just shouldn't be. From a monster bug getting stuck in a patient's ear to a piece of concrete getting trapped in a patient's leg, what goes in must come out!

SECRETS IN THE ICE

Premiering Thursday, March 3 at 9pm ET/PT on Science Channel

· Using cutting-edge CGI animation along with state-of-the-art archaeological technologies, SECRETS IN THE ICE spotlights the mysteries that have been locked away in icy tombs all over the world for centuries. A decades old mystery involving the questionable deaths of nine experienced hikers in Russia's Ural Mountains. A legendary ship pulled from the icy Arctic waters. A cave said to have once been the home to a fire giant. In a new season of SECRETS IN THE ICE, experts, historians and scientists are exposing dark secrets, forgotten treasures and lost relics from the coldest and harshest places on Earth.

HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS

New Season Premiering Sunday, March 6 at 10pm ET/PT on Science Channel

· As HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS returns for a new season, the world's leading cosmological experts and stunning CGI take us straight into the heart of the latest discoveries in space and astronomy. How old is the Universe? Does dark matter really exist? Would there be life on Earth if not for a series of cataclysmic disasters? This season follows the latest probes and rovers exploring our neighboring planets of Saturn and Mars, revealing worlds more alive than we ever imagined. Viewers will go on a thrill ride as a fictional asteroid strikes the planet in 2029, and experts reveal new discoveries such as an invisible network of dark matter that connects over two trillion galaxies littering the cosmos. Across six brain-expanding episodes, HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS takes you deep under the hood of the greatest machine in existence.

BLACK FILES DECLASSIFIED

New Season Premiering in March 9 at 9pm ET/PT on Science Channel

· In an all-new season of BLACK FILES DECLASSIFIED, former CIA operative, Mike Baker, follows the money trail each week to reveal the many secrets at the core of the 'Black Files' and pull back the curtain on these secret government programs that sometimes sound more like science fiction than truth. This season, Mike will explore Black Files such as a top-secret aerospace program that, according to recently uncovered documents, has been involved in investigations into the paranormal such as werewolves, ghosts, cattle mutilations and more. Also this season, Mike investigates what's been called one of America's best kept secrets - a list of emergency powers the President has at their disposal during extreme events like nuclear war or governmental collapse - as well as one of the most daring Black Budget funded special operations in history known only as Mission 7.
