ANNE RICE'S MAYFAIR WITCHES (AMC) - Jack Huston has signed onto the upcoming series as Lasher, "one of Rice's most mysterious and sensual characters - a powerful, shape-shifting entity who has been bound to the Mayfair witches for hundreds of years." (Deadline.com)
COMPANY YOU KEEP, THE (ABC) - Ben Younger is slated to direct and executive produce the drama pilot, which stars Milo Ventigmilia and Catherine Haena Kim. (Deadline.com)
CRUEL SUMMER (Freeform) - Nile Bullock, Jenna Lamb and Braeden De La Garza will recur on the anthology's second season. Bullock will play Jeff, "a filmmaker who is more comfortable experiencing life from behind the camera lens. He has long nursed a crush on Megan and finally gets the opportunity to make his feelings clear." Lamb then is Lily, "Megan's impressionable and adoring younger sister who is dazzled by the arrival of Isabella. As she enters her teenage years, her more rebellious side emerges." And De La Garza takes on Brent, "Luke's arrogant and entitled older brother. The favorite son in their prominent family, he enjoys exerting his power over the other kids and Luke." (Deadline.com)

I HATE CHRISTMAS (Netflix, New!) - Lux Vide has landed a new Italian project at the streaming service: "Pilar Fogliati stars in Netflix's first Italian Christmas series, a comedy about a young woman looking for love." (Deadline.com)
INGANNO (Netflix, New!) - Cattleya has landed a new Italian series at the streamer: "A sentimental thriller that plays with suspense, taboos, and uncomfortable truths about love. The series follows the passionate and turbulent relationship of an older woman and a young man who is half her age. Their relationship undermines social and family norms of the Mediterranean culture." (Deadline.com)
KUNG FU PANDA: THE DRAGON KNIGHT (Netflix) - Rita Ora and James Hong are both bound for the small screen revival of the animated film. Ora will voice Wandering Blade, "a tough English bear knight that joins Po on his globe trotting adventure." And Hong is set to reprise his role of Mr. Ping, "Po's adoptive, over-protective father is always filled with pride for his boy. The Everything Everywhere All At Once actor previously voiced the goose for the original Kung Fu Panda films." Also confirmed are Chris Geere as Klaus Dumont, Della Saba as Veruca Dumont, Rahnuma Panthaky as Rukhmini, Ed Weeks as Colin and Amy Hill as Pei Pei. (Deadline.com)
LAST KING OF THE CROSS (Paramount+) - Callan Mulvey, Tess Haubrich, Claude Jabbour, Maria Tran, Matt Nable and Damian Walshe-Howling are the latest additions to the Ian McShane/Lincoln Younes-led 10-part series. No character details however were given. (Deadline.com)
LEOPARD, THE (Netflix, New!) - Indiana Production and Moonage Pictures are behind a new Italian series at the streamer inspired by the novel Il Gattopardo: "Inspired by the novel by Tomasi from Lampedusa, which became the cinematic masterpiece of the same name by Visconti. Director Tom Shankland will bring a modern perspective to the story of Prince of Salina and his family, going deeper into characters and stories from the book." (Deadline.com)
LOTTO GANG (Netflix, New!) - BIM Produzione and Feltrinelli Originals have likewise booked a new series at the streamer: "Loosely based on the true story of the biggest lottery scam in Italian history, Lotto Gang follows a group of unforgettable antiheroes on a heist in the outskirts of Milan in the mid-90s. An incredible story that combines action and Italian comedy." (Deadline.com)
MS. MARVEL (Disney+) - Farhan Akhtar has been revealed to have guest starred on the upcoming Marvel Studios series in a yet-to-be-revealed role. (Deadline.com)
PROMISED LAND (ABC) - As expected, ABC has pulled the plug on the series, which completed its run on sibling Hulu. (Deadline.com)

RUNNING FOR THE TRUTH: ALEX SCHWAZER (Netflix, New!) - Indigo Film has set up a new Italian docu-series at the streamer: "An unfiltered look at the rise, fall and search for redemption of a sportsman, against the backdrop of an intricate sporting and judicial affair." (Deadline.com)
SUMMER JOB (Netflix, New!) - Banijay Italia has scored a new series at the streamer: "The first Italian Netflix original reality show. What begins as a heavenly vacation soon turns into the first work experience for ten young men and women who have never held a job. Presenting, for the first time as a host, Matilde Gioli." TULSA KING (Paramount+) - Andrea Savage has been cast in the Sylvester Stallone-led drama series as Stacy Beale, "an ATF agent who has swapped the bustling New York Bureau with its Anti-Terror Squad and O.C. Task Force for an Oklahoma outpost dealing with local militia groups." (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED ZEROCALCARE PROJECT (Netflix, New!) - Movimenti Production and Bao Publishing have booked a new Italian animated series at the streaming service: "From the creators of Tear Along The Dotted Line comes a new untitled series. The narrative world, unique language, and the unmistakable characters of the universe of the great Roman cartoonist return in a new format, with six half hour episodes that will go even deeper into the themes dear to the author." WANNA (Netflix, New!) - Fremantle Italy has booked an unscripted series at the streamer: "A crime docu-series, filled with pop culture references, that explores the known and unknown elements of Wanna Marchi and a historical moment in the history of Italian TV." (Deadline.com)
WONDER YEARS, THE (ABC) - Director/executive producer Fred Savage has been fired from the reboot series following multiple complaints of misconduct. "Recently, we were made aware of allegations of inappropriate conduct by Fred Savage, and as is policy, an investigation was launched. Upon its completion, the decision was made to terminate his employment as an executive producer and director of The Wonder Years," a spokesman for 20th Television told the publication. (Deadline.com)
