ABANDONS, THE (Netflix) - Patton Oswalt, Sarah Grace White, Michael Ornstein, Elle-Máijá Tailfeathers, Brían F. O'Byrne, Haig Sutherland, Jack Doolan, Jonathan Koensgen, Katelyn Wells and Marc Menchaca are among the 10 new faces set to recur on Kurt Sutter's upcoming Western drama. No specifics however were given. (Deadline.com, 3/19)
AND JUST LIKE THAT... (Max) - Karen Pittman, who played Nya Wallace in the first two seasons, will not be returning for the show's third season. (Deadline.com, 3/22)

BOSCH: LEGACY (Freevee) - The show's third season has tapped the following actors to recur: Andrea Cortés as Victoria Hernandez; Tommy Martinez as Albert Torres; Orla Brady as Siobhan Murphy; Michael Reilly Burke as Finbar McShane; and Dale Dickey as Sheila Walsh. CITADEL: HONEY BUNNY (A.K.A. CITADEL INDIA SERIES) (Amazon) - Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Saqib Saleem, Sikandar Kher, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar and Kashvi Majmundar have joined the cast of the Indian installment of the franchise, to be called "Citadel: Honey Bunny." The previously announced Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan star as the titular Honey and Bunny, respectively. (Variety.com, 3/19)
DR. ODYSSEY (ABC, New!) - Joshua Jackson and Ryan Murphy are set to team for a new drama at the Alphabet, which has a straight-to-series order targeted for a fall launch. No official details were given about the project, but it is believed to be a medical procedural set on a cruise ship. Jackson will play the title character "whose charms help him get what he wants." Murphy, Jon Robin Baitz and Joe Baken are the creators and will executive produce alongside Jackson, director Paris Barclay, Eric Paquette, Alexis Martin Woodall, Eric Kovtun, Scott Robertson and Nissa Diederich for 20th Television and Ryan Murphy Television. FIGHT NIGHT: THE MILLION DOLLAR HEIST (Peacock) - Rockmond Dunbar has been cast in the limited series as Uncle Willie, "who owns an autobody shop but his real job is as the top fence in the area." (Deadline.com, 3/22)
FOUNDATION (Apple TV+) - Pilou Asbæk is bound for the show's third season as Warlord aka The Mule, taking over for Mikael Persbrandt. (Deadline.com, 3/21)
GOOD DOCTOR, THE (ABC) - Antonia Thomas and Brandon Larracuente will both reprise their roles of Claire Brown and Daniel Perez during the show's final season. Additionally, Ruby Kelley will recur as "Hannah, a young woman who has suffered from pressure headaches for years and labeled a "drug seeker" by doctors, comes into the hospital seeking opioids, but Dr. Glassman believes she has an undiagnosed medical issue that needs to be treated." And Guillermo Diaz will guest as a mysterious man who "shows up to the hospital to donate his kidney to a complete stranger, but his reasoning causes Jordan to question his ability to give informed consent." HAPPY FACE (Paramount+) - Khiyla Aynne, Benjamin Mackey and David Harewood are the latest additions to the series. Aynne plays Hazel, "Ben (James Wolk) and Melissa's (Annaleigh Ashford) 15-year-old daughter"; with Mackey as 9-year-old Max, "Ben and Melissa's youngest child, a lively kid who takes his stable upbringing for granted and doesn't look too deeply into his mother's sudden absence"; and Harewood recurring as Dr. Greg, "the handsome, beloved, long-time star of a popular daytime health and talk show, The Dr. Greg Show." HOT WHEELS: ULTIMATE CHALLENGE/LA FIRE AND RESCUE (NBC) - The network has canceled both series, which launched last summer. (Deadline.com, 3/18)
LANDMAN (Paramount+) - Mustafa Speaks will recur on the Billy Bob Thornton-led drama as Boss, "one of the more experienced roughnecks on Tommy's (Thornton) crew, who's tough-as-nails and has seen it all." (Deadline.com, 3/18)
LIBRARIANS, THE: THE NEXT CHAPTER (The CW) - Callum McGowan, Olivia Morris, Bluey Robinson and Caroline Loncq will star alongside Jessica Green and Christian Kane in the spin-off series. McGowan will play Vikram Chamberlin, "a protean genius and swashbuckler, he broke the rules of The Library and accidentally transported himself to present-day Central Europe where he must lead a team of talented young people in securing magical artifacts from those who would abuse them." Morris portrays Lysa Pascal, "a brilliant polymath, Lysa holds advanced degrees in physics, mathematics, and engineering." Robinson is Connor Green, who after losing "a career in academia after claiming that magic does exist in the world, Connor became a fringe figure, posting his findings on the internet to an audience of conspiracy freaks." And Loncq plays Elaine Astalot, "a resident of Camelot in the days of King Arthur, is an immortal and caretaker of the Library." (Deadline.com, 3/20)
MURDER IN A SMALL TOWN (FOX) - James Cromwell, Stana Katic, Mya Lowe, Savonna Spracklin, Aaron Douglas and Fritzy-Klevans Destine will join the previously announced Rossif Sutherland and Kristin Kreuk on the series. Cromwell plays George Wilcox, "a retired History teacher, devoted to his beloved garden"; with Katic as Zoe, "who has a gorgeous home outside town and generally keeps to herself but her cool exterior hides a personality that can explode in sudden fits of temper"; Lowe as "criminology grad Corporal Edwina Yen, a new arrival to the coast and a cop on the fast-track"; Spracklin as Isabella Harbud, "the civilian receptionist with a dry sense of humor"; Douglas as Sergeant Sid Sokolowski, "Alberg's second in command"; and Destine as Constable Andy Kendrick, "a capable cop who is a charming jackass." NARROW ROAD TO THE DEEP NORTH, THE (Amazon) - The Australian limited series has cast Essie Davis, William Lodder, Eduard Geyl, Christian Byers, Sam Parsonson, Reagan Mannix, Fabian McCallum, Caelan McCarthy, David Howell, Taki Abe, Masa Yamaguchi, and Akira Fujii in unspecified roles. NCIS: ORIGINS (CBS) - Kyle Schmid is the latest addition to the prequel series as Special Agent Mike Franks, "a proud Texan who all but showers in his cowboy boots and sports a perfectly coiffed mustache that's as thick as his skin. As showcased on NCIS, Franks is a born leader with an unwavering moral compass who's determined to find justice by any means necessary." Muse Watson played the character on the original series. NEW AMSTERDAM: TOMORROW (NBC, New!) - David Schulner is developing a sequel series to the medical drama, which "follows Dr. Max Goodwin's (Ryan Eggold) daughter, Luna Goodwin, who steps into her father's role as Medical Director of New Amsterdam Hospital." It's not clear if Molly Griggs, who played said role in the show's final episode, will return. Eric Manheimer and director Peter Horton are also on board to executive produce for Mount Moriah and Universal Television with Maggie Cahill as a co-executive producer. (Deadline.com, 3/19)
OFFICE, THE (REBOOT SERIES) (NBC) - Michael Koman has been tapped as co-creator alongside Greg Daniels of the proposed "expansion of The Office universe." (Deadline.com, 3/20)

SUPERMAN & LOIS (The CW) - Douglas Smith has been cast as Daily Planet photographer Jimmy Olsen in the show's fourth and final season, "an extroverted 20-something known for being the "life of the party" around the office." (TVLine.com, 3/19)
THAT GIRL LAY LAY (Nickelodeon) - The cable channel has likewise pulled the plug on the series after two seasons. "After 46 episodes across two seasons of That Girl Lay Lay, we are ending production on the show, and we are incredibly grateful to the cast and crew for their immeasurable contributions on the production," a spokesperson told the publication. TRUTH, THE (Acorn TV, New!) - Daphna Levin and Aurit Zamir have sold a new crime thriller to the streamer: ""The Truth" is set in Tel Aviv and opens on the day of the final verdict for the most controversial murder case in Israel, 10 years after the incident which took place in a high school gym. That same day, a new murder happens in identical circumstances. Juvenile inspector Rachel Zohar, a student at the high school at the time of the first murder, must revisit her trauma to solve the case." Levin will also direct the project, which is produced by Kim Younes-Charbit at Elvie Productions and Leo Maidenberg at Place du Marché, and co-produced by Adi Bar Yosef at Endemol Shine Israel. UNTITLED BRAD INGELSBY TASK FORCE PROJECT (HBO) - The Mark Ruffalo-led drama has cast four more recurring roles: Isaach De Bankolé as Father Daniel Georges, "the oldest and best friend of lead Mark Ruffalo's FBI Agent Tom, who went to seminary with him"; Phoebe Fox as "Tom's biological daughter, Sara, who is deep in grief"; Silvia Dionicio as "his adopted daughter, grappling with a family tragedy"; and Coral Peña as Meg Coyle, "the guidance counselor who works at Emily's high school." UNTITLED ORPHAN PROJECT (Hulu) - Mark Duplass will star opposite Ellen Pompeo and Imogen Faith Reid in the limited series as Michael Barnett, "at the time husband of Pompeo's Kristine Barnett, and adoptive father to Natalia (Imogen Faith Reid)." (Deadline.com, 3/20)
UNTITLED RACHEL SENNOTT PROJECT (HBO, New!) - Rachel Sennott has scored a pilot order from the pay channel for a new half-hour comedy in which "a codependent friend group reunites, navigating how the time apart, ambition and new relationships have changed them." Sennott will star, write and executive produce the project alongside Emma Barrie and Aida Rodgers. (Deadline.com, 3/18)
UNTITLED REBA MCENTIRE PROJECT (NBC) - Melissa Peterman, Tokala Black Elk, Rex Linn and Pablo Castelblanco have all been cast in the Reba McEntire-led comedy pilot. Peterman will portray Gabby, "a bartender who has worked at the tavern for quite some time. She is a bit needy and dramatic and would have loved to be Bobbie's sister." Tokala then is Takoda, "a waiter at the tavern with serious handyman skills and probably the kindest person you've ever met"; with Linn as Emmett, "a cook at the tavern who is described as a man of few words"; and Castelblanco as Steve, "the accountant for the tavern who does his work at the bar. UNTITLED RENEE BALLARD BOSCH SPIN-OFF PROJECT (Amazon) - Maggie Q has scored the title role on the spin-off series as Renée Ballard, who is tasked with running the LAPD's new cold case division - a poorly funded, all-volunteer unit with the largest case load in the city. (Deadline.com, 3/21)
WE WERE LIARS (Amazon) - Nzingha Stewart is set to direct the debut installment of the streamer's E. Lockhart adaptation. (Variety.com, 3/19)
