(New York, NY) - May 1, 2024 - "Rich & Shameless" returns to TNT with new - and explosive - standalone specials this May following the NBA Western Conference Finals. This original series tells the true stories of the successes, failures, thrills, and miseries behind the biggest sports stars to reveal the dangers of making it in the big leagues. Subjects include Brett Favre's alleged involvement in a welfare scheme, the NFL "Bountygate" scandal, Yasiel Puig's harrowing odyssey from Cuba to the MLB, and how an attempt to throw a boxing match led to murder.

In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, the New Orleans Saints helped bring the city back by shocking the world and winning the Super Bowl. But the team soon faced an even bigger storm.
