ABC earned second place during the week of 2/12/07 among Adults 18-49 (3.6/10), leading CBS by 3% (3.5/9) and NBC by 20% (3.0/8). ABC also delivered the No. 2 network position for the week to �Idol�-driven Fox in Adults 18-34 (3.2/9) and Teens 12-17 (1.6/6-tie).

Weekly Rankings: ABC aired 5 of the week�s Top 20 TV programs in Adults 18-49, including 3 of the Top 10: �Grey�s Anatomy� � No. 4, �Desperate Housewives� � No. 6, �Lost� � No. 10, �Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� � No. 12 and �Ugly Betty� � No. 20. �Grey�s Anatomy� topped both editions of Fox�s �American Idol� during the week to rank as the No. 1 TV show with Women 18-34 and college-age Adults 18-24. In fact on average in the three weeks since Nielsen began reporting �college-viewing� in its sample (1/29-2/18/07), ABC is delivering 4 of the Top 8 highest-rated shows on TV with 18-24-year-old viewers, with �Grey�s� qualifying as the No. 1 show: �Grey�s Anatomy� � No. 1, �Lost� � No. 6, �Desperate Housewives� � No. 7 and �Ugly Betty� � No. 8. ABC News aired the Top 2 newsmagazines of the week in Adults 18-49, with �Primetime: The Outsiders� and �20/20,� respectively.

Monday

ABC� Monday night lineup delivered the Net�s highest ratings on the night in Adults 18-49 (3.5/9) and Adults 18-34 (3.3/9) in 11 weeks � since 11/27/06 -- with non-sports programming. In addition, the Net led the evening among Women 18-34 (4.5/11) for the second time in three weeks, while finishing second among Women 18-49 (4.8/11).

�Wife Swap� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

�Wife Swap� logged season-high ratings in the time period in Adults 18-34 (3.4/10) and Adults 18-49 (3.7/9 � tied).

� For the third consecutive week, �Wife Swap� ranked No. 1 its hour in its core Women 18-34 demo (4.7/12), while taking second among Women 18-49 (4.9/12).

�Supernanny� (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Opposite stiff competition on CBS, Fox and NBC, ABC�s �Supernanny� posted its strongest performance of the season in both Total Viewers (9.8 million) and Adults 18-49 (4.2/9). Building on its lead-in (8.3 million & 3.7/9 in Adults 18-49) by 1.5 million viewers and by 14% in young adults, �Supernanny� also produced the Net�s best numbers in the hour this season with regular programming.

�What About Brian� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

In the 10 o�clock hour, �What About Brian� saw its best Adults 18-34 (2.7/7) and Adults 18-49 (2.7/7 � tied) performances since October � since 10/16/06 and 10/30/06, respectively.

� �What About Brian� took second in the hour, topping NBC�s �Studio 60,� across each of the key women demos: Women 18-34 (3.7/9 vs. 2.8/7), Women 18-49 (3.7/9 vs. 3.0/7) and Women 25-54 (3.7/8 vs. 3.3/7).

Tuesday

ABC�s Tuesday night saw its largest audience (8.1 million) and highest Adults 18-49 (2.7/6) performance on the night in 2 months � since 12/5/06 and 12/12/06, respectively.

�America�s Funniest Home Videos� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

A rebroadcast airing of �America�s Funniest Home Videos� scored ABC�s strongest showing in the hour in Total Viewers (6.2 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.0/5) in 5 weeks � since 1/9/07.

�Primetime: The Outsiders� (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

With ABC News� �Primetime: The Outsiders,� featuring John Qui�ones� unprecedented report inside a polygamous family, ABC turned in its best showing in the time slot in Total Viewers (8.6 million) and Adults 18-49 (3.3/8) in 12 weeks � since 11/21/06. The ABC newsmagazine took second in its time period in Adults 18-34 (2.8/7) and Women 18-49 (4.3/9), behind only Fox�s �House.�

� �Primetime: The Outsiders� was up by 1.2 million viewers and by 27% among Adults 18-49 compared to it season premiere the prior week (7.4 million & 2.6/6 in Adults 18-49 on 2/6/06).

�Boston Legal� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

At 10 p.m., ABC's �Boston Legal� took second in the hour in Total Viewers (9.5 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.8/7).

Wednesday

ABC earned second place to �Idol�-fueled Fox on Wednesday evening among Adults 18-34 (2.7/8).

�George Lopez� (8:00-8:30 p.m.)

ABC�s �George Lopez� took second place in Adults 18-49 (2.6/7) to Fox�s �Bones� at 8:00 p.m., beating CBS� �Return to Jericho� by 30% (2.0/6) and NBC�s �Friday Night Lights� by 8% (2.4/7).

�Lost� (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Against Fox�s �American Idol� and originals of CBS� �Criminal Minds� and NBC�s �Deal or No Deal,� ABC�s repeat telecast of �Lost� drew an average audience of 5.0 million viewers and a 2.0 rating, 5 share among Adults 18-49.

�Lost� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

Self-starter �Lost� posted even bigger increases from its lead-in on its second week in Wednesday�s 10 o�clock hour, surging by 7.8 million viewers (12.8 million vs. 5.0 million) and by 185% in Adults 18-49 (5.7/15 vs. 2.0/5). �Lost� moved ABC up to make it a strong No. 1 at 10:00 p.m., beating CBS� time period veteran �C.S.I.: NY� by wide margins in each of the adult demographics: AD18-34 +65% (5.1/15 vs. 3.1/9), AD18-49 +27% (5.7/15 vs. 4.5/12) and AD25-54 +11% (6.2/15 vs. 5.6/13). ABC�s younger skewing drama also led the hour by 50% among Teens 12-17 over its nearest competition (2.7/10 vs. 1.8/7 � CBS).

� For the second week in a row, ABC�s �Lost� stood as Wednesday�s No. 1 scripted TV program in the key Adult 18-49 demographic.

� �Lost� greatly improved the hour for ABC over the same night last year (2/14/06), growing the time period as a lead-in to Network affiliates� late-local news by 3.8 million viewers (12.8 million vs. 9.0 million) and by 58% in Adults 18-49 (5.7/15 vs. 3.6/9).

Thursday

ABC led its fifth consecutive Thursday -- its third during the 2007 February Sweep -- in Adults 18-49 (6.5/16). In the key young adult sales demo, ABC�s Thursday lineup led second-place CBS by 12% (6.5/16 vs. 5.8/15). ABC also tallied its fifth straight Thursday as the No. 1 television network in Adults 18-34 (6.5/18) and Teens 12-17 (2.8/9).

� ABC generated its second-largest audience on the night this season (16.9 million), its biggest since season premiere Thursday on 9/21/06. The Net matched its second-highest Adult 18-49 rating of the season.

� Versus the same night last February, ABC�s Thursday numbers grew by 3.0 million viewers and by 55% in Adults 18-49 from the same night last year (13.9 million and 4.2/11 on 2/16/06).

�Ugly Betty� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

ABC�s freshman �Ugly Betty� took a solid second place in the 8 o�clock hour to CBS� �Survivor: Fiji� in Total Viewers (13.7 million) and Adults 18-49 (4.5/12), beating out NBC�s comedies on both counts (�My Name is Earl�/�The Office� = 9.0 million & 4.2/11). �Betty� dominated the hour with Women 18-34, outrunning second-place �Survivor� by 48% (6.8/18 vs. 4.6/12). The ABC series also ranked

No. 1 in the time slot among Adults 18-34 (4.4/13-tie w/NBC) and Women 18-49 (6.8/16). For the third consecutive week, �Betty� paced behind only ABC�s �Grey�s Anatomy� to rank as the No. 2 TV program on Thursday with Women 18-34.

�Grey�s Anatomy� (9:00-10:01 p.m.)

Thursday�s No. 1 TV series in viewers and young adults, ABC's �Grey's Anatomy� dominated CBS� �C.S.I.� at 9:00 p.m. �Grey�s� outdelivered �C.S.I.� by 3.1 million viewers (25.8 million vs. 22.7 million) and by 48% in Adults 18-49 (10.8/25 vs. 7.3/17). ABC�s medical drama has beaten the CBS crime procedural in Adults 18-49 on all 14 of their original head-to-head match-ups in the time period this season.

� Trailing only its post-�Super Bowl� telecast a year ago February, �Grey�s Anatomy� produced its second-largest audience ever. The ABC series also hit its second-highest-ever ratings in Adults 18-34 (11.3/29), Women 18-49 (15.6/33) and Women 18-34 (16.6/38).

�MEN IN TREES� (10:01-11:00 p.m.)

For the second week in a row, ABC's �MEN IN TREES� won Thursday�s 10 o�clock hour with Women 18-34 (5.6/15). The freshman series also delivered the No. 1 position in the time period among Adults 18-34 (3.8/11-tie).

� For the second straight week, �MEN IN TREES� achieved series-high ratings in Adults 18-49 (4.0/11), Adults 18-34 (3.8/11) and the corresponding women demographics: W18-49 (5.9/14) and W18-34 (5.6/15).

Friday

�20/20� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

At 10:00 p.m., ABC News� �20/20,� reporting on �Promises, Promises�Buyers Beware,� attracted 8.3 million viewers and a 2.8 rating, 8 share among Adults 18-49, finishing second in the hour among young adults. The ABC newsmagazine finished No. 1 in the hour among Adults 18-34 (2.1/8) for the fourth consecutive week.

Sunday

Overcoming Fox�s high-rated NASCAR overrun into the first hour of the night, ABC delivered a commanding Sunday night victory in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. ABC outdelivered the second-place networks by 2.3 million viewers (13.3 million vs. 11.0 million - CBS) and by 17% in Adults 18-49 (4.9/13 vs. 4.2/11 - Fox).

� ABC�s �Desperate Housewives� stood as Sunday�s No. 1 TV program overall in Total Viewers (18.5 million) and Adults 18-49 (7.0/17). In viewers and young adults, ABC�s �Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� (14.2 million & 5.4/14) ranked as the No. 1 unscripted series on Sunday, pacing way ahead of CBS� season premiere of �Amazing Race All-Stars� (10.3 million & 3.1/8), as well as NBC�s �Deal or No Deal� (9.5 million & 2.4/7), �Grease� (6.7 million & 1.9/5) and �The Apprentice� (6.0 million & 2.3/6).

�America�s Funniest Home Videos� (7:00-8:00 p.m.)

During the 7 o�clock hour opposite Fox�s NASCAR coverage, ABC�s �America�s Funniest Home Videos� was the top non-sports choice with Adults 18-49, beating NBC�s �Deal or No Deal� by 17% (2.8/8 vs. 2.4/7).

�Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

Sunday�s No. 1 unscripted series, ABC�s �Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� dominated the 8 o�clock hour. �Home Edition� bested its nearest time slot competitors by 2.8 million viewers (14.1 million vs. 11.4 million � CBS� combo of �60 Minutes�/�Amazing Race�) and by 38% in Adults 18-49 (5.4/14 vs. 3.9/10 � Fox�s �The Simpsons�/�King of the Hill�). ABC�s broad-appealing �Home Edition� also stood as Sunday night�s No. 1 TV program among Kids 2-11 (3.6/12).

�Desperate Housewives� (9:00-10:03 p.m.)

The No. 1 TV program on Sunday, ABC�s �Desperate Housewives� defeated its nearest competition during the 9 o�clock hour by 7.4 million viewers (18.5 million vs. 11.1 million � CBS� �Amazing Race�/�Cold Case�) and by 79% in Adults 18-49 (7.0/17 vs. 3.9/9 � Fox�s �Family Guy�/�American Dad�).

� Growing its audience for the fourth consecutive original broadcast, ABC�s �Desperate Housewives� marked its most-watched telecast in 6 weeks � since 1/7/07.

�Brothers & Sisters� (10:03-11:00 p.m.)

ABC�s freshman drama �Brothers & Sisters� beat its veteran drama competition on CBS (�Without a Trace�) and NBC (�Crossing Jordan�) during the 10 o�clock hour among Adults 18-49. In the key Adult 18-49 sales demographic, �Brothers & Sisters� (4.4/11) beat out CBS� �Without a Trace� by 47% (3.0/8) and NBC�s �Crossing Jordan� by 76% (2.5/6).
