Starring Tom Cavanagh, Sharon Lawrence and Amy Davidson, the miniseries

Washington State detective, Dave Reichert (Cavanagh). Detective Reichert
used guile, wits and perseverance to hunt the murderer, bringing an end to
the largest unsolved serial killer case in the country, and in doing so,
helped provide much needed closure to the victims' families.
