HALLMARK CHANNEL RANKS #8 IN PRIME TIME FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY AND DELIVERS HIGHEST-EVER FEBRUARY W25-54 DEMO
Hallmark Channel ranked #8 in Prime Time for the month of February with a 1.1 HH rating, 975,000 homes and 1.3 million total viewers. In addition, the family-friendly network experienced its highest-ever February delivery of the coveted W25-54 demo (223,000), and ranked sixth in Prime Time among total viewers rating (0.6).
In February, Hallmark Channel premiered three new original movies which averaged a 2.5 HH rating with 3.9 million total viewers and delivered a +30% increase in A25-54 and a +14% increase in W25-54, year-to-year. The three movie premieres were: "Taking a Chance on Love," starring Genie Francis and Ted McGinley; "The Good Witch's Garden," starring Catherine Bell; and, "Before you Say 'I Do,'" starring David Sutcliffe, Lauren Holly and Jennifer Westfeldt
2009-to-date vs. 2008-to-date, Hallmark Channel's original movies are experiencing positive momentum averaging a 2.7 HH rating with 4.2 million total viewers. A25-54 and W25-54 demos are up markedly with +20% and +24% increases, respectively.
