CBS WINS THE WEEK IN VIEWERS

CBS First at 10:00 PM Every Weeknight in Viewers and Adults 18-49

Led by "NCIS," Network Has the Top Eight Scripted Programs

"Two and a Half Men" Delivers its Best Adult 18-49 Rating Since February 2007; "The Big Bang Theory" Hits Series High in Viewers

"Amazing Race" and "Undercover Boss" Pace CBS's First In-Season Sunday Win in Adults 18-49 With and Against Regularly Scheduled Programming Since the Start of the 2004-2005 Season

CBS won the week in viewers with the top eight scripted series, placed first at 10:00 PM every weeknight in viewers and adults 18-49 and won its first in-season Sunday in adults 18-49 (with and against regularly scheduled programming) since 2004, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending March 14, week 25 of the 2009-2010 television season.

NCIS, TWO AND A HALF MEN, NCIS: LOS ANGELES, THE BIG BANG THEORY, THE MENTALIST, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, THE GOOD WIFE and CRIMINAL MINDS were the week's top eight scripted series. CBS's 10:00 PM dramas continued to win their time periods as CSI: MIAMI, THE GOOD WIFE, CSI: NY, THE MENTALIST and NUMB3RS were all first in both viewers and adults 18-49.

NCIS was the week's #1 scripted program in viewers while THE BIG BANG THEORY was the week's #1 scripted program in adults 18-49. TWO AND A HALF MEN delivered its best adult 18-49 rating in more than three years.

For the week in viewers: CBS (11.27m), FOX (9.40m), ABC (6.48m) and NBC (6.30m). Season-to-date, CBS is first in viewers (12.11m), ahead of FOX (10.11m), NBC (9.02m) and ABC (8.63m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was second in both adults 25-54 (3.7/10) and adults 18-49 (2.8/08). Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (4.2/10) and second in adults 18-49 (3.3/09).

For the week in households: CBS (6.9/12), FOX (5.5/09), ABC (4.2/07) and NBC (4.0/07). In households, season-to-date, CBS is first (7.3/12), ahead of FOX (5.9/09), NBC (5.5/09) and ABC (5.4/09).

CBS's Weekly Highlights:

--Monday, CBS was first in households (7.9/13), viewers (12.99m), adults 25-54 (5.4/13) and adults 18-49 (4.3/12).

TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (10.5/16), viewers (17.61m), adults 25-54 (7.3/17) and adults 18-49 (5.8/15). TWO AND A HALF MEN posted its best adults 25-54 ratings since Jan. 23, 2006, and best adults 18-49 rating since Feb. 5, 2007.

THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in households (9.7/15), viewers (16.32m), adults 25-54 (7.2/17), adults 18-49 (5.9/15) and adults 18-34 (4.1/12). THE BIG BANG THEORY posted series highs in both viewers and adults 25-54 and matched its second best adults 18-49 delivery.

CSI: MIAMI was first in households (7.6/13), viewers (11.93m), adults 25-54 (4.3/11) and adults 18-49 (3.3/10).

NCIS was second in households (12.0/19), viewers (19.58m), adults 25-54 (5.5/14) and adults 18-49 (3.8/11).

NCIS: LOS ANGELES was first in households (10.3/16), viewers (16.99m), adults 25-54 (4.9/12) and second in adults 18-49 (3.5/09). Compared to last week, NCIS: LOS ANGELES was up +12% in households (from 9.2/14), +11% in adults 25-54 (from 4.4/10), +13% in adults 18-49 (from 3.1/08) and added +2.15m viewers (from 14.84m, +15%).

THE GOOD WIFE was first in households (9.0/16), viewers (13.95m), adults 25-54 (4.1/11) and adults 18-49 (2.8/09). THE GOOD WIFE topped "Parenthood" in viewers (vs. 6.09m, +129%), adults 25-54 (vs. 2.9/08, +41%) and adults 18-49 (vs. 2.6/08, +8%).

CSI: NY was first in households (7.1/13), viewers (11.07m), adults 25-54 (3.5/10) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (2.6/08, with NBC).

SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was second in households (7.0/11), viewers (12.12m), adults 25-54 (4.5/12) and adults 18-49 (3.6/11) behind "American Idol" Thursday special.

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (9.3/15), viewers (15.25m) and adults 25-54 (4.6/11).

THE MENTALIST was first in households (10.0/18), viewers (16.02m), adults 25-54 (4.7/13) and adults 18-49 (3.4/10). Compared to last week, THE MENTALIST was up +6% in both households (from 9.4/16) and adults 18-49 (from 3.2/09), +4% in adults 25-54 (from 4.5/12) and added +1.16m viewers (from 14.87m, +8%).

-- Friday, CBS was first in viewers (7.73m) and adults 25-54 (2.5/07); the Network was tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.7/06, with NBC).

NUMB3RS was first in viewers (8.34m), tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.7/05, with NBC) and second in both households (5.1/09) and adults 25-54 (2.4/07, -0.1 behind NBC).

-- Sunday, CBS was first in households (6.9/12), viewers (11.45m), adults 25-54 (3.7/09) and adults 18-49 (2.8/08). This was CBS's first Sunday win in adults 18-49, without sports delays and with and against regularly scheduled programming, since "Desperate Housewives" premiered on ABC in October 2004. CBS won every half-hour in viewers.

THE AMAZING RACE 16 was first in households (5.8/10), viewers (10.10m), adults 25-54 (3.9/10) and adults 18-49 (3.0/09). Compared to last week, THE AMAZING RACE 16 was up +29% in households (from 4.5/07), +18% in adults 25-54 (from 3.3/07), +15% in adults 18-49 (from 2.6/06) and added +1.99m viewers (from 8.11m, +24%).

UNDERCOVER BOSS was first in households (7.8/12), viewers (13.51m), adults 25-54 (5.0/11) and adults 18-49 (3.9/10). UNDERCOVER BOSS beat "Desperate Housewives" in households (vs. 7.4/12, +5%), viewers (vs. 12.01m, +12%), adults 25-54 (vs. 4.5/10, +11%) and adults 18-49 (vs. 3.7/09, +5%). UNDERCOVER BOSS also beat the 9:00-10:00 PM portion of "The Celebrity Apprentice" premiere in households (vs. 4.6/07, +70%), viewers (vs. 7.49m, +80%), adults 25-54 (vs. 3.3/08, +52%) and adults 18-49 (vs. 2.8/07, +39%). UNDERCOVER BOSS was Sunday's #1 program in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

COLD CASE was first in households (6.3/11) and viewers (10.23m); the show tied for second in adults 18-49 (2.4/07, with ABC).
