Powered by the net's Top 2 original series of all time, "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" and "Make It or Break It," and high performing movies, most notably the premieres of "Bring it On: Fight to the Finish" and "Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix," 1Q10 wrapped as ABC Family's 2nd-most-watched quarter on record in Women 18-49 (423,000), Viewers 12-34 (608,000) and Females 12-34 (436,000), and as the net's most-watched 1Q ever in Total Viewers (1.5 million).

In other key demos, 1Q10 finished as the net's 3rd-most-watched quarter ever in Adults 18-34 (349,000) and Women 18-34 (240,000), the 4th-most-watched in Total Viewers and the 5th-most-watched in Adults 18-49 (649,000).

For the 3rd consecutive quarter, ABC Family ranked among the Top 5 cable networks in Women 18-34 (No. 4) and Women 18-49 (No. 5), and among the Top 10 networks in Total Viewers (No. 10). Among millennials, the network recorded in its highest competitive finish of all time among Viewers 12-34 (No. 3 - 608,000) and matched its best finish on record in Females 12-34 (No. 2 - 436,000).

� Hit original series "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" ranked as 1Q10's No. 1 cable series in Females 12-34 (2.0 million/4.3 rating) and the No. 1 scripted series in Women 18-34 (941,000/2.8 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (2.4 million/2.5 rating).

� "Make It or Break It" stood as cable's No. 2 scripted series in Females 12-34 (1.4 million/3.1 rating), behind only "The Secret Life of the American Teenager."

� In its basic cable debut, "Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix" (3/21/10) stood as the No. 1 acquired movie on all cable in Adults 18-49 (1.9 million/1.4 rating), and tied as the No. 2 movie overall.

� Premiere of original movie "Bring It On: Fight to the Finish" (1/17/10) was the quarter's No. 2 cable movie in Females 12-34 (1.6 million/3.6 rating), and the No. 4 cable movie in Women 18-34 (624,000/1.8 rating) and Women 18-49 (1.1 million/1.7 rating).
