USA TAKES #1 FOR THE WEEK

NEW YORK, NEW YORK - May 25, 2010 - More total viewers (2.91 million) and households (2.25 million) came to USA this week than to any other network, including those driven by NBA Playoffs such as TNT, the #2 network. USA also earned the top coverage rating in basic cable prime this week with a 2.26 (+0.14 over #2 TNT). USA was the only cable network to deliver over 1 million P25-54, 1 million P18-49, 2.5 million total viewers, or 2 million households in prime without NBA Playoff coverage this week.

USA delivered more than twice the number of total viewers (+107%) and M25-54 (+102%) as The CW this week, as well as double-digit margins over the broadcaster among P18-49 (+26%) and P25-54 (+63%) while registering victories over "Big 4" broadcast networks in 9 primetime hours this week (M-Su 8P-11P) thanks to WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW and episodes of the top acquired series on cable, NCIS and LAW & ORDER: SVU.

· USA placed three of the week's top ten P25-54 entertainment telecasts with WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW and cable's top acquired series, NCIS.

· WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW took the top two entertainment telecasts in prime this week, placing first among P25-54 (2.34 million), P18-49 (2.36 million), total viewers (4.92 million), and households (3.42 million), coming in second only to The Hills among P18-34 (1.08 million). RAW was the only entertainment offering on cable to deliver over 2 million P18-49, 4 million total viewers, or 3 million households this week. The 10P hour of Raw delivered more M18-49 than everything on ABC Monday.

· More total viewers P2+ (2.87MM) and households (2.22MM) watched IN PLAIN SIGHT this week than any other original drama. IN PLAIN SIGHT was Wednesday's top drama on cable among P18-49 (937,000) and P18-34 (414,000).

· USA was home to the two most popular acquired series on cable this week with NCIS and LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT placing 1st and 2nd, respectively, among P25-54 (1.12MM NCIS / 904,000 SVU), total viewers (3.26 million/ 2.36 million), and households (2.49 million/1.89 million). These were the only acquired series in cable's primetime to average over 1 million P25-54, 2 million total viewers, or 2 million households.
