NEW YORK - June 4, 2010 -- Bravo's "The Real Housewives Of New York City" season finale scored its highest rated finale in the series' history and the most watched season ever, up by double digit increases across the board compared to season two, according to Nielsen Media Research. Additionally, "Watch What Happens: Live," hosted by Bravo's Andy Cohen, racks up its highest rated episode in series history among adults 18-49 and total viewers. Last night's season finale of "The Real Housewives of New York City" delivered 1.76 million adults 18-49 and a series history high of 2.64 million total viewers tuning in, up 16 percent and 30 percent respectively, versus season 2 finale. Averaging 1.38 million adults 18-49 and 2.02 million total viewers, the third season became the highest rated season for the New York City franchise boasting double-digit growth across every demo vs. season two, up 14 percent and 21 percent respectively. For an extra helping of drama, Bravo reunites viewer's favorite Manhattanites during the two-part season three reunion special, airing Thursday, June 10 at 9 p.m. ET/PT and Thursday, June 17 at 9p.m. ET/PT

Additionally, last night's episode of "Watch What Happens: Live" with guest Kelly Ripa of "Live with Regis and Kelly" delivered an impressive 997,000 adults 18-49 and 1.53 million total viewers, up 16 percent and 27 percent respectively over the prior week. "Watch What Happens: Live," once again, surged past late night competition, "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," "George Lopez" and "Chelsea Lately." The late night interactive talk show has averaged 1.26 million total viewers since moving to 11pm on April 15th.

Bravo's "Talk Bubble," allowing fans to simultaneously interact with the NYC housewives and comment about the episode as it unfolds on-air through Twitter, Facebook, and their mobile phones, also delivered record highs last night, and ended its run with triple digit growth since its launch. The live, multiplatform social media event earned significant double digit week-over-week gains among all key metrics during last night's finale of "The Real Housewives of New York City." The 'Talk Bubble" registered a 59 percent increase in page views and a 69 percent increase in daily uniques versus the prior week's event. Since launch, this season has seen triple digit increases in uniques and page views, 117 percent and 269 percent respectively. Additionally, the "Real Housewives of New York City" show site saw significant gains due to the 'Talk Bubble," recording an impressive 1.89 million page views for the day.
