UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - February 3, 2011 - NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" have delivered ratings wins for the late-night week of January 24-28, with "Tonight" generating bigger audiences than CBS's rebroadcasts of "Late Show with David Letterman" and ABC's combination of "Nightline" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in adults 18-49, total viewers and other key ratings categories, while encore telecasts of Jimmy Fallon out-delivered CBS's first-run "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" and ABC's mostly original "Kimmel" in 18-49 viewers and other key demos. Note that Tuesday CBS programs were delayed by news coverage and are excluded from these weeklong averages.

Jay Leno has ranked #1 for 18 of 19 weeks this season versus "Late Show" in viewers 18-49 and for 17 of 19 weeks in total viewers. Jimmy Fallon has ranked #1 versus "Late Late Show" in viewers 18-49 for 19 of 19 weeks. In total viewers, Jimmy has won nine of the last 11 weeks versus "Late Late Show."

Versus the first 19 weeks of last season, "Tonight" is up 41 percent in total viewers (3.868 million vs. 2.753 million), while "Late Show" is down 14 percent (3.573 million vs. 4.175 million). At 12:35 a.m. ET, Jimmy Fallon is up 22 percent versus his year-ago pace in total viewers (1.770 million vs. 1.451 million), while "Late Late Show" is down 9 percent (1.773 million vs. 1.949 million).

At 1:35 a.m. ET, "Last Call with Carson Daly" is up so far this season versus one year ago by 9 percent in 18-49 viewers (499,000 vs. 456,000) and up 24 percent in total viewers (998,000 vs. 807,000).
