FOR THE SECOND WEEK IN A ROW, "RANDY JACKSON PRESENTS AMERICA'S BEST DANCE CREW" IS THE NUMBER ONE CABLE SERIES ON THURSDAY NIGHT AMONG P12-34

Santa Monica, CA (April 15) - MTV's "Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew" ("ABDC") ranked #1 in its time period across all of television among P12-34, and was the #1 original cable series of the night in the demo. Thursday's telecast averaged a 2.0 rating and delivered 2.4 million total viewers. In addition, it posted the second highest rating in "ABDC" history among female teens, with a 4.2 rating in the demo.

Next Thursday, April 21 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT, the remaining eight crews will compete, and perform to the music and style of the Black Eyed Peas.

Season Six of "America's Best Dance Crew" is the "Season of the Superstars" and, for the first time ever, each episode is themed to a popular celebrity artist. Ten new dance crews are taking the stage this season to create dances to master mixes of the artist of the week, incorporating all aspects of the artist's style - from wardrobe, inspiration and emotion to groundbreaking choreography and skills. Special guest appearances include Ke$ha, Black Eyed Peas, Katy Perry and Justin Bieber. Themed episodes will be inspired by the hottest names in music including Rihanna, Lil Wayne and more!

"America's Best Dance Crew" is hosted by Mario Lopez and shot on location in Los Angeles as dance crews perform their hottest moves for dance supremacy and a $100,000 cash prize. Every performance-themed episode gives insight into the crews' emotion, spirit and inspiration as they step up to the challenge and show off their groundbreaking choreography and skills. Viewers from around the country choose their favorite crews via text messaging, phone and online voting. The two crews with the least number of votes will be up for elimination with judges making the final call on which crew will be sent home. One crew will be eliminated each week, ultimately revealing the nation's best dance crew.
