CBS's MONDAY SEASON FINALES POST WEEK-TO-WEEK GAINS
"How I Met Your Mother," "Mike & Molly" and "Hawaii Five-0" Up in Viewers and Key Demos from Last Week
The season finales of CBS's Monday lineup all posted week-to-week increases in viewers and key demographics, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for May 16.
The season finale of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (4.4/07, 7.11m) was tied for first in adults 18-34 (2.8/10, with FOX) and averaged 3.4/09 in adults 25-54 and 3.0/09 in adults 18-49. Compared to last week, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was up +7% in households (from 4.1/07), +13% in adults 25-54 (from 3.0/08), +15% in adults 18-49 (from 2.6/08), +12% in adults 18-34 (from 2.5/09) and added +700,000 viewers (from 6.41m, +11%).
MIKE & MOLLY's season finale was second in households (5.4/08), viewers (8.57m), adults 25-54 (3.3/07) and adults 18-49 (2.5/06). Compared to last week, MIKE & MOLLY was up +10% in both households (from 4.9/07) and adults 25-54 (from 3.0/07), +9% in adults 18-49 (from 2.3/06) and added +940,000 viewers (from 7.63m, +12%).
The season finale of HAWAII FIVE-0 was second in households (6.3/10), viewers (9.83m), adults 25-54 (3.5/08) and adults 18-49 (2.5/06). Compared to last week, HAWAII FIVE-0 was up +5% in households (from 6.0/10), +6% in adults 25-54 (from 3.3/08), +9% in adults 18-49 (from 2.3/06) and added +380,000 viewers (from 9.45m, +4%).
For the night, CBS was second in households (5.1/08), viewers (8.01m) and adults 25-54 (3.2/08) and averaged 2.5/07 in adults 18-49.
