FOX WINS THE WEEK WITH A KNOCKOUT

TERRA NOVA, THE X FACTOR and Historic UFC Broadcast Television Debut Put FOX on Top

FOX continues to ground and pound its competition this fall as the No. 1 network among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. The network won its fifth week this season (out of 8 total) thanks to double-digit gains by TERRA NOVA, its solid Tuesday comedy block, two exciting nights of THE X FACTOR and the inaugural UFC on FOX bout - the most-watched UFC event ever and the most-watched professional fight of any kind since 2003.

Season to date, FOX continues to post significant increases among both Adults 18-49 (+17%) and Total Viewers (+18%) and remains the only broadcast network this season to improve its performance to date versus last fall. In addition, FOX is dominating the November sweep, currently +21% ahead of the No. 2 network among Adults 18-49 (3.4 vs. CBS' 2.8, Live+SD).

FOX had 6 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: THE X-FACTOR-WED (No. 10), NEW GIRL (No. 12), THE SIMPSONS (No. 14), THE X-FACTOR-THU (No. 18), FAMILY GUY (No. 20 tie), and GLEE (No. 20 tie).

FOX had 8 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: SIMPSONS (No. 3 tie), NEW GIRL (No. 3 tie), FAMILY GUY (No. 9), GLEE (No. 12), THE X-FACTOR-WED (No. 13 tie), UFC on FOX (No. 13 tie), AMERICAN DAD (No. 16), and THE X-FACTOR-THU (No. 17).

MONDAY

Monday's episode of TERRA NOVA delivered a 2.6/7, up +24% from the previous week in Adults 18-49 (vs. 2.1/6) and up +18% from the previous week in Total Viewers (7.8 vs. 6.6 Mil). TERRA NOVA was the highest rated program of the night among Male Teens and posted its highest rating ever in that demo.

At 9pm, HOUSE posted a 2.8/6 in Adults 18-49, up +12% in the core demo and up +14% in Total Viewers (7.5 vs. 6.6 Mil) from the previous week.

FOX ranked #3 for the night in Adults 18-49, #2 in Adults 18-34 and #1 in Teens.

TUESDAY

GLEE posted a 3.1/8 among Adults 18-49, up +3% from the previous week (vs. 3.0/8). GLEE ranked #2 in its hour among Adults 18-49 and won the hour in Adults 18-34.

At 9p NEW GIRL posted a 3.5/9 in Adults 18-49. NEW GIRL was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-34 and the second highest rated program of the night in Adults 18-49. In the 9p half hour, NEW GIRL ranked #1 in Adults 18-49 (tie) and Adults 18-34.

RAISING HOPE delivered a 2.1/5 and won the 9:30p half hour in Adults 18-34.

FOX ranked #2 for the night in Adults 18-49 and won the night in Adults 18-34 and Teens.

WEDNESDAY

8:00-10:00 THE X FACTOR-WED: (Adults 18-49: 3.8/10, 10.2 Mil Total Viewers)

Airing against the CMA Awards on ABC, FOX ranked #2 for the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.

THE X FACTOR (Top 11 perform) drew a 3.8/10 in Adults 18-49 and retained 97% of its performance the previous Wednesday among Adults 18-34 (3.2 vs. 3.3).

THE X FACTOR was the second highest rated program of the night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens behind ABC's CMA Awards.

Showing growth, THE X FACTOR built throughout the night and was up +18% in its last half-hour vs. its first among Adults 18-49 (half-hours: 3.4 > 3.8 > 3.9 > 4.0).

THURSDAY

8:00-9:01 THE X FACTOR-THU: (Adults 18-49: 3.3/9, 10.1 Mil Total Viewers)

9:01-10:00 BONES: (Adults 18-49: 2.6/6, 8.6 Mil Total Viewers)

FOX won the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens and has won every in-season Thursday night since 1/20/11 (26 weeks) in the Adults 18-49 demo.

THE X FACTOR results show delivered 3.3/9 among Adults 18-49. THE X FACTOR grew +24% in its second half hour versus its first (3.6 vs. 2.9) in Adults 18-49.

Week two of BONES posted a 2.6/6, up +4% from last fall's delivery with originals (2.6 vs. 2.5).
