CTD NEWSFLASH: CTD'S TRIO OF MAGAZINES ALL POST WEEKLY GROWTH
'Rachael Ray' and 'Wheel of Fortune' Tie Their Season Highs
'Criminal Minds' is the #1 weekly off-network hour
JANUARY 18, 2012 - CBS Television Distribution's trio of magazines all posted weekly growth, for the week ending January 8.
ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, the #1 magazine show for the 807th consecutive week, grew +9% week to week to a 3.8 HH AA%.
No. 2 magazine INSIDE EDITION was the only magazine to post weekly and yearly growth, scoring a 3.1 HH AA%. INSIDE EDITION was up +3% vs. the previous week and +3% vs. the same week last year.
THE INSIDER had the largest weekly gain of all magazines, growing +14% week to week to a 1.6 HH AA%.
Among other highlights, RACHAEL RAY tied its season high with a 1.8 HH AA% (up +6% vs. the same week last year), as did WHEEL OF FORTUNE with a 7.6 HH AA%. WHEEL OF FORTUNE was the #1 show in syndication and grew +12% week to week.
Among off-network shows, CRIMINAL MINDS was the #1 off-network weekly hour, growing +15% week to week to a 3.0 HH AA%. NUMB3RS hit a new season high, growing +14% vs. the previous week to a 2.4 HH AA%.
Other highlights include:
? DR. PHIL increased +7% week to week to a 2.9 HH AA%.
? JEOPARDY!, the #2 game show, jumped +9% vs. the previous week to a 6.2 HH AA%.
