CBS PLACES FIRST ON SUNDAY IN ALL KEY MEASURES FOR THE SIXTH CONSECUTIVE WEEK
"60 Minutes" and "The Good Wife" Win Time Periods in Viewers and Key Demos
"The Amazing Race" is First in Viewers
Time period wins by 60 MINUTES, THE AMAZING RACE and THE GOOD WIFE led CBS to its sixth consecutive first-place finish on Sunday win in viewers and key demographics, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for April 22.
60 MINUTES was first in households (8.1/14), viewers (12.70m), adults 25-54 (2.9/08) and adults 18-49 (1.7/05). 60 MINUTES posted its largest audience since Feb. 12, 2012.
THE AMAZING RACE 20 was first in households (5.6/09), viewers (9.12m) and second in adults 25-54 (3.4/08) and adults 18-49 (2.5/07).
THE GOOD WIFE was first in households (6.7/10), viewers (10.34m), adults 25-54 (2.6/06) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.8/05, with both NBC and FOX). Compared to last week, THE GOOD WIFE was up +2% in households (from 6.6/10), even in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 and added +180,000 viewers (from 10.16m, +2%).
NYC 22 was second in households (4.9/08) and viewers (7.52m) while averaging 2.0/05 in adults 25-54 and 1.4/04 in adults 18-49.
For the night, CBS was first in households (6.3/10), viewers (9.92m), adults 25-54 (2.7/07) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.9/05, with ABC). CBS was first in these measures for the sixth straight Sunday.
