NBC's Coverage of the "U.S. Olympic Team Trials: Swimming Finals" Is Currently the Largest Olympic Trials Audience Since 2000
NBC spins the numbers for Tuesday, June 26.

Tuesday Results:

· From 8-9 p.m. ET, the "U.S. Olympic Team Trials: Swimming Finals" (1.9/7 share in adult 18-49, 7.0 million viewers overall) is currently reporting the biggest Olympic-Trails audience since August 20, 2000, with a slight advantage over the 6.9 million delivered with swimming coverage the prior night. Audiences for the Olympic Team Trials have grown over the four consecutive nights of telecasts to date, delivering 4.0 million on Saturday, 4.5 million on Sunday, 6.9 million on Monday and 7.0 million on Tuesday, pending updates. Last night's "U.S. Olympic Team Trials" are #2 in the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, total viewers and other key demos.

· From its first half-hour to its second, the "U.S. Olympic Team Trials: Swimming Finals" grew in all key ratings categories, with gains of 17 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 2.1 from a 1.8) and 6 percent in total viewers (7.2 million vs. 6.7 million).

· At 9 p.m. ET, "America's Got Talent" (3.2/9 in 18-49, 11.5 million viewers overall) delivered the top 18-49 and total-viewer results for any non-sports primetime telecast on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox since June 5. "Talent" was the #1 telecast of the night in both categories and led its slot among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in all key ratings categories - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers - as well as teens 12-17 and kids 2-11. Versus "Talent's" prior Tuesday original (3.0/8 in 18-49, 11.175 million viewers overall on June 12), last night's telecast is up 7 percent in 18-49 rating and 12 percent in total viewers.

· From 10-11 p.m. ET, "Love in the Wild" (1.6/5 in 18-49, 5.0 million viewers overall) matched the show's highest 18-49 rating since July 6, 2011 and delivered its biggest overall audience since July 27, 2011, to lead the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in 18-49 and all other key demos.

· Versus the prior week, when it had an encore "Talent" lead-in, "Love in the Wild" is up 23 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.6 from a 1.3) and up 22 percent in total viewers (5.030 million vs. 4.119 million).

· NBC is tied for #1 for the night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 with Fox (2.2 rating each) and is #1 outright among those networks in adults 25-54 and total viewers.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 2.7/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.3/6; and ABC's combo of "Nightline," 2.7/6; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.2/4.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.9/4; "Late Show," 0.6/3; "Nightline," 0.8/4; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

· At 12:35 a.m., "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.3/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.0/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/4 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
