Comedy Wednesday Block (8:00-10:00 p.m.)

ABC Family's comedy Wednesday, featuring two new original series with "Baby Daddy" and "Beverly Hills Nannies," and the established "Melissa & Joey," propelled the network to stand as cable TV's #1 network from 8:00 - 10:00 p.m. in Women 18-34 (398,000), Women 18-49 (611,000) and Females 12-34 (543,000), with all three series ranking #1 in their respective cable time periods in target demos.

Newcomer "Beverly Hills Nannies," which launched as the network's #1 reality series premiere ever in core Adult and Millennial demos, qualified as Wednesday's #1 unscripted cable telecast in Women 18-34 and Females 12-34, while "Baby Daddy" was the #2 scripted cable telecast in Prime in the categories.

· ABC Family's comedy Wednesday block delivered impressive triple-digit percent increases over year-ago time period levels (7/13/11) in core demos: +122% in Adults 18-34 (489,000 vs. 220,000), +140% in Women 18-34 (398,000 vs. 166,000), +118% in Adults 18-49 (760,000 vs. 348,000), +129% in Women 18-49 (611,000 vs. 267,000) and +140% in Females 12-34 (543,000 vs. 226,000).

"Melissa & Joey" (8:00-8:30 p.m.)

An all-new "Melissa & Joey" stood as the #1 telecast across all cable at 8 o'clock in Women 18-34 (427,000), Women 18-49 (608,000) and Females 12-34 (576,000), posting its 2nd-best ratings of its sophomore campaign in the female 18-34 and 12-34 demos.

· Season 2 to date, "Melissa & Joey" is up by considerable margins over its freshman season, including by 29% in Women 18-34 (400,000 vs. 310,000), by 19% in Women 18-49 (589,000 vs. 495,000) and by 16% in Females 12-34 (530,000 vs. 456,000).

"Baby Daddy" (8:30-9:00 p.m.)

At 8:30 p.m., the block's strongest performer, "Baby Daddy," ranked as cable TV's #1 telecast in the half-hour in Women 18-34 (470,000), Women 18-49 (708,000) and Females 12-34 (622,000). Moreover, "Baby Daddy" stood as Wednesday's #2 Prime telecast in Females 12-34 &Women 18-34.

· "Baby Daddy" posted solid gains over its "Melissa & Joey" lead-in across key demos, including by 19% in Total Viewers (1.44 million vs. 1.21 million), by 14% in Adults 18-34 (555,000 vs. 488,000), by 10% in Women 18-34 (470,000 vs. 427,000), by 17% in Adults 18-49 (860,000 vs. 732,000) and by 16% in Women 18-49 (708,000 vs. 608,000).

· Season to date, "Baby Daddy" outperforms year-ago time period averages by more than double in Adults 18-34 (+100% - 591,000 vs. 295,000), Women 18-34 (+107% - 473,000 vs. 229,000) and Women 18-49 (+101% - 707,000 vs. 351,000), and is up by solid double-digit percent margins in Total Viewers (+85% - 1.61 million vs. 868,000), Adults 18-49 (+97% - 914,000 vs. 463,000) and Viewers 12-34 (+80% - 831,000 vs. 462,000).

"Beverly Hills Nannies" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Anchoring the comedy block, newest original series "Beverly Hills Nannies" debuted as ABC Family's #1 reality series launch in the network's history (out of 13 total) in Adults 18-34 (455,000), Women 18-34 (347,000), Adults 18-49 (724,000), Women 18-49 (565,000) and Females 12-34 (487,000), standing as Wednesday's #1 unscripted cable TV telecast in Women 18-34 and Females 12-34.

Moreover, "Beverly Hills Nannies" ranked as the network's #1 reality series premiere in 7 years in Total Viewers (1.2 million) and in more than 7 years in Viewers 12-34 (628,000), and became its #2 reality premiere overall, behind "Venus & Serena: For Real" (7/20/05 - 1.5 million) and "Brat Camp" (1/10/05 - 631,000), respectively.

· In the particularly competitive 9 o'clock hour, "Beverly Hills Nannies" ranked as cable's TV #1 telecast in Women 18-34 and Females 12-34, and was the #1 unscripted cable TV telecast in Women 18-49.

· "Beverly Hills Nannies" more than doubled year-ago time period levels (7/13/11) across key demos: +128% in Adults 18-34 (455,000 vs. 200,000), +113% in Women 18-34 (347,000 vs. 163,000), +127% in Adults 18-49 (724,000 vs. 319,000), +117% in Women 18-49 (565,000 vs. 260,000), +150% in Viewers 12-34 (628,000 vs. 251,000) and +154% in Females 12-34 (487,000 vs. 192,000).
