Wednesday Results (based on official nationals):
* From 9-10 p.m. ET, the "America's Got Talent" Results Show (2.2/7 in 18-49, 8.8 million viewers overall) delivered the #1 18-49 and total-viewer results of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox. "Talent" led its time period among those networks in 18-49, total viewers and other key measures and built on its lead-in by 100 percent in 18-49 rating and 85 percent in total viewers. From its first half-hour to its second, "Talent" grew by 5 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 2.3 from a 2.2) and by 7 percent in total viewers (9.1 million vs. 8.5 million).
* Versus the prior Wednesday, "America's Got Talent" is up 10 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 2.2 from a 2.0) and 15 percent in total viewers (8.8 million vs. 7.6 million). These are the top Wednesday results for "America's Got Talent" since June 27.
* At 10 p.m. ET, "Jimmy Fallon's Primetime Music Special" (1.6/5 in 18-49, 4.6 million viewers overall) ranked #1 in the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and all other key demographics. The special generated NBC's highest 18-49 rating in the time period in four weeks (since June 27).
* At 8 p.m. ET, "The CLIOS: World's Best Commercials" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 4.7 million viewers overall) scored NBC's highest non-sports 18-49 and total-viewer results in this time period so far this summer.
In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday night:
* In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 2.6/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.1/5; and ABC's combo of "Nightline," 2.9/7; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.3/4.
* In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.8/4; "Late Show," 0.5/2; "Nightline," 1.0/4; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.
* At 12:35 a.m., "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.4/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.1/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
* At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
