Wednesday and Sunday Editions Hit Summer Highs in Viewers and Key Demographics
All three BIG BROTHER broadcasts finished among the week's top 10 programs in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, while the Wednesday and Sunday editions hit summer highs in viewers and key demographics, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Aug. 19.
For the week in viewers: CBS (5.13m), NBC (5.25m), FOX (4.26m) and ABC (3.66m).
For the week in households: CBS (3.4/06), NBC (3.3/06), FOX (2.6/05) and ABC (2.4/04).
For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged 1.5/04 in adults 25-54 and 1.1/04 in adults 18-49.
CBS Weekly Highlights:
BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY was first in households (3.8/07), viewers (5.96m), adults 25-54 (2.5/07) and adults 18-49 (2.1/07), and was second in adults 18-34 (1.3/05). BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY hit season highs in households, viewers and adults 18-49, and matched its season's best adults 25-54 delivery.
BIG BROTHER THURSDAY was first in households (3.9/06), viewers (6.13m), adults 25-54 (2.8/07) and adults 18-49 (2.2/07), and was second in adults 18-34 (1.5/05, -0.1 behind FOX).
BIG BROTHER 14 SUNDAY was second in households (3.9/07), viewers (6.57m), adults 25-54 (2.9/07) and adults 18-49 (2.4/07). BIG BROTHER SUNDAY posted season highs in these measures.
