· At 8 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "America's Got Talent" averaged a 0.6/3 in 18-49 and 3.1 million viewers overall.
· At 9 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "Grimm" delivered a 0.5/2 in 18-49 and 2.0 million viewers overall.
· At 10 p.m. ET, "Dateline NBC" averaged a 0.8/3 in 18-49 and 3.7 million viewers overall. From its first half-hour to its second, "Dateline" grew by 14 percent in adults 18-49 (to a 0.8 rating from a 0.7), by 20 percent in adults 25-54 (1.2 vs. 1.0) and by 24 percent in total viewers (4.1 million vs. 3.3 million).
In late-night metered-market households Friday night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 2.5/6; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 1.8/4 with an encore; and ABC's combo of "Nightline," 2.8/7; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.4/4 with an encore.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.6/3; "Late Show," 0.4/2 with an encore; "Nightline," 0.9/4; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2 with an encore.
· At 12:35 a.m., "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's first-run "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (0.9/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.3/2 in 18-49 with an encore) tied "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
Saturday Primetime Results:
· From 8-9 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "America's Got Talent" averaged a 0.4/2 in 18-49 and 2.0 million viewers overall.
· At 9 p.m. ET, an encore "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" delivered a 0.6/2 in 18-49 and 3.0 million viewers overall, building from its first half-hour to its second by 17 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 0.7 from a 0.6) and 15 percent in total viewers (3.2 million vs. 2.8 million).
· At 10 p.m. ET, a second rebroadcast of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" captured a 0.7/2 in 18-49 and 3.9 million viewers overall, building on its lead-in by 17 percent in adults 18-49, 25 percent in adults 25-54 (to a 1.0 from a 0.8) and 27 percent in total viewers.
In Late-Night Metered-Market Household Averages for Saturday night:
· An encore telecast of "Saturday Night Live," with host Eli Manning and musical guest Rihanna (2.9/8 in metered-market households), dominated its time period. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Saturday Night Live" averaged a 1.2 rating, 6 share in adults 18-49.
Sunday Results (local preemptions for MDA Telethon and other holiday programming):
· From 7-8 p.m. ET, "Dateline NBC" averaged a 0.8/3 in 18-49 and 3.2 million viewers overall, to tie for #1 in the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49. From its first half-hour to its second, "Dateline" grew by 43 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.0 from a 0.7) and 18 percent in total viewers (3.5 million vs. 3.0 million).
· From 8-10 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "America's Got Talent" delivered a 0.8/3 in 18-49 and 3.1 million viewers overall. For its second hour from 9-10 p.m., the "Talent" encore ranked #2 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and other key demos.
· From 10-11 p.m. ET, another encore telecast of "America's Got Talent" averaged a 0.8/3 in 18-49 and 2.9 million viewers overall, and is currently #1 or tied for #1 in the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49, 18-34 and 25-54.
