BRAVO MEDIA'S "MARRIED TO MEDICINE" DELIVERS 1.8 MILLION TOTAL VIEWERS IN FRESHMAN SEASON
SEASON FINALE UP 28 PERCENT FROM PRIOR WEEK
Two-Part Reunion Begins Sunday, May 26 at 9pm Et/Pt
NEW YORK - May 20, 2013 - Season one of Bravo Media's "Married to Medicine" delivered over 1 million A18-49 and 1.8 million total viewers, making it the network's highest-rated non-franchise/non-spin-off freshman series since "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" (Summer 2003- Spring 2004) among all key demos. Last night's season finale (9pm-11pm) earned over 1.5 million total viewers, up 28 percent from prior week (5/12/13), according to Nielsen.
Coming off of a successful first season, Bravo Media is offering a double dose of drama when it kicks off a two-part reunion of "Married To Medicine" on Sunday, May 26 at 9pm ET/PT. Host Andy Cohen looks back at some of the season's most memorable moments with the fabulous Southern Belles Mariah Huq, Quad Webb-Lunceford, Kari Wells, Toya Bush-Harris, Dr. Simone Whitmore and Dr. Jacqueline Walters. During Part I of the reunion on Sunday, May 26 at 9pm ET/PT, the ladies discuss everything from the altercation between Mariah and Toya, arrest records and deceiving divas. Pulses start peaking when a surprise guest crashes this party.
In Reunion Part II, airing on Tuesday, May 28 at 9pm ET/PT, the women continue to battle it out when a surprise guest joins the ladies. Mariah's mom Lucy steps into the ring and confronts Toya on her behavior. Simone ties to mend her friendship with Mariah, but Mariah has another flame to put out when Kari's loose lips get in the way.
Following the two-part reunion, on Tuesday, June 4 at 9pm ET/PT, the network will air a "Secrets Revealed" special which will feature never-before-seen footage from the past season.
