Thursday Results:
· Encore telecasts of "Parks and Recreation" (0.6/2 in 18-49, 2.1 million viewers overall at 8 p.m. ET, 0.6/2 in 18-49 and 1.8 million views overall at 8:30) matched their 18-49 ratings of the prior week.
· From 9-10:01 p.m. ET, a rebroadcast of "The Office" (0.7/2 in 18-49, 1.7 million viewers overall) improved by 0.2 of a point or 40% on last week's 18-49 rating (0.5 vs. the NBA Finals) and is up 28% week to week in total viewers (1.730 million vs. 1.356 million). From its first half-hour to its second, "The Office" grew by a tenth of a point or 17% in 18-49 rating (to a 0.7 from a 0.6) and by 11% in total viewers (1.8 million vs. 1.6 million).
· This is the top-scoring "Office" encore in 18-49 since May 30 and in total viewers since June 6.
· From 10:01-11 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "America's Got Talent" (0.9/3 in 18-49 3.4 million viewers overall) tied for #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in the time period in adults 18-34 and men 18-34. The "Talent" rebroadcast grew from its first half-hour to its second in adults 18-49 by 11% (to a 1.0 rating from a 0.9), in adults 25-54 by 9% (1.2 vs. 1.1) and in total viewers by 12% (3.5 million vs. 3.2 million).
In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 2.4/6; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.5/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.0/5.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.7/3; "Late Show," 0.6/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore telecast) beat CBS's first-run "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.1/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
