Posting its 3rd straight week of Total Viewer gains (+5% - 4.2 million vs. 4.0 million) and growing 10% in Adults 18-49 (1.1/3 vs. 1.0/3), ABC hit 7-week highs on both measures - since w/o 6/17/13. ABC was the only broadcaster up week to week with young adults. In addition, for the 2nd week in a row the Net delivered strong year-to-year gains (w/o 08/06/12 = 3.0 million and 0.9/3) with Total Viewers (+40%) and Adults 18-49 (+22%).

Rankings: Scoring season highs, ABC's season finale of "The Bachelorette" was the week's No. 1 broadcast show in Adults 18-49 (tie), while "The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose" placed No. 3 (tie). "The Bachelorette" and "After the Final Rose" finished as TV's Top 2 telecasts of the week with Women 18-49.

Monday

Featuring the season finale of "The Bachelorette" and "After the Final Rose," ABC won Monday night by wide margins over its nearest competition (CBS) in Total Viewers (+38% - 8.7 million vs. 6.3 million) and Adults 18-49 (+63% - 2.6/7 vs. 1.6/5). "The Bachelorette" finished as Monday's highest-rated TV show in Adults 18-49 (tied).

· ABC's "The Bachelorette" finale was the most social broadcast series on Monday night, delivering the show's highest number of tweets of the season (346,447). ABC's "After the Final Rose" special generated more than 340,000 tweets. During its season, "The Bachelorette" produced 1.9 million total tweets.

"The Bachelorette" (8:00-10:01 p.m.)

Doubling the audience of its nearest competition in its 2-hour slot, "The Bachelorette" finale beat out NBC's unscripted combo ("American Ninja Warrior"/"Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls") by a best-yet 102% in Total Viewers (8.9 million vs. 4.4 million) and by 86% in Adults 18-49 (2.6/8 vs. 1.4/4). Building throughout its broadcast, the show shot up by 1.4 million viewers (8.3 million to 9.7 million) and by 21% in Adults 18-49 (2.4/8 to 2.9/8) from its first half-hour to its final half-hour.

· Up week to week in Total Viewers (+13%) and Adults 18-49 (+8%), "The Bachelorette" marked season-highs for the 2nd straight week. In viewers and young adults, "The Bachelorette" scored 2-year summertime highs for ABC in the time period - since 08/01/11.

"The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose" (10:01-11:00 p.m.)

During the 10 o'clock hour, ABC's "The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose" finished in a virtual tie for No. 1 with CBS' "Under the Dome" in Adults 18-49 (2.5/7 vs. 2.6/7), while dominating the hour in Adults 18-34 (2.2/7) and all key Women (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54). In Total Viewers (8.3 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.5/7), "After the Final Rose" produced ABC's strongest summer performance in the hour since August 2011 (since 08/01/11).

Tuesday

"Extreme Weight Loss" (8:00-10:00 p.m.)

From 8:00-10:00 p.m., ABC's "Extreme Weight Loss" increased its overall audience 8% (3.9 million vs. 3.6 million) week to week to earn its most-watched telecast in 10 weeks (best since its season premiere on 05/28/13), while matching a season-high in Adults 18-49 (1.2/4), to equal the series' top rating since last July (since 7/15/12).

· Building from its first half-hour to its final half-hour in Total Viewers (+5% - 3.8 million to 4.0 million) and Adults 18-49 (+18% - 1.1/4 to 1.3/4) opposite NBC's "America's Got Talent" (9:00-10:00 p.m.), ABC's "Extreme Weight Loss" drew 8% more viewers than the final half-hour of Fox's 2-hour "So You Think You Can Dance" (3.7 million and 1.3/4) at 9:30 p.m. and tied the Fox unscripted series in Adults 18-49.

Wednesday

"ABC's The Lookout" (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

Building on its lead-in during Wednesday's 10 o'clock hour, "ABC's The Lookout" continued to improve its hour by double-digit margins year to year in Total Viewers (+21% - 3.4 million vs. 2.8 million), Adults 25-54 (+33% - 1.2/3 vs. 0.9/2) and Adults 18-49 (+13% - 0.9/3 vs. 0.8/2) over original programming on the year-ago night ("Final Witness" on 08/08/12).

Friday

"Shark Tank-FRI 8PM" (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

An encore of "Shark Tank" made ABC the most-watched Net (4.2 million) in the 8:00 p.m. hour for the 3rd week running. In addition, the ABC unscripted program turned in its strongest numbers in Adults 18-49 (1.2/5-tied) and Adults 18-34 (1.0/4) in 9 weeks - since 6/7/13.

· "Shark Tank" posted increases of 1.1 million viewers and 33% in Adults 18-49 compared to its year-ago telecast (3.2 million and 0.9/3 on 8/10/12).

"Would You Fall for That?" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

In the 9 o'clock hour, ABC's "Would You Fall for That?" ranked No. 1 among the major networks in Women 18-34 (0.9/3). The freshman ABC News program topped the first hour of NBC's "Dateline Classic-FRI" by 13% in Women 18-34 (0.8/3) to deliver a series high.

Sunday

"Secret Millionaire" (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

Building on its lead-in at 8:00 p.m. and gaining audience throughout its broadcast, ABC's "Secret Millionaire" grew over its year-ago telecast in the hour among Total Viewers (+18% - 4.7 million vs. 4.0 million) and Adults 18-49 (+10% - 1.1/3 vs. 1.0/3).

· "Secret Millionaire" was up from its week-ago premiere in Men 18-34 (+17%), equaling ABC's top non-sports rating in the time period this summer.

"Whodunnit?" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

During the 9 o'clock hour, ABC's "Whodunnit?" was up week to week in viewers (+7% - 3.2 million vs. 3.0 million) and young adults (+10% - 1.1/3 vs. 1.0/3). The show drew its biggest audience since its season premiere 7 weeks ago and matched a best-since-debut Adult 18-49 rating - since 6/23/13.

· "Whodunnit?" improved its time period by 23% in Total Viewers and 38% in Adults 18-49 over original programming on the same night last year ("Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition" = 2.6 million and 0.8/2 on 8/12/12).
