Disney XD Original Series "Mighty Med" Launches as Disney XD's #2 Series of All Time in Total Viewers and Target Kids and Boys;
Is TV's #1 Telecast in the Hour Across Major Boy Demos

The series launch of the Disney XD original series "Mighty Med" was the network's #2 series premiere ever in Total Viewers (1.02 million), Kids 6-14 (695,000/1.9 rating), Boys 6-14 (440,000/2.4 rating), Kids 6-11 (523,000/2.2 rating), Tweens 9-14 (498,000/2.1 rating) and Boys 9-14 (355,000/2.9 rating), and its #2 live-action series debut on record in Kids 2-11 (589,000/1.5 rating).
"Mighty Med" ranked as Disney XD's #2 live-action series telecast of all time in Boys 9-14 and placed among its Top 10 live-action telecasts to date across all other key demos.
Impressively, "Mighty Med" ranked as TV's #1 telecast in the time period across target boy 2-11, 6-11 and 9-14 demos, and placed a solid #2 in Kids 2-11, Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14, behind only Disney Channel.
· "Mighty Med" posted solid double digit increases over year-ago time period levels (10/8/12), across the board, including by 56% in Total Viewers (1.02 million vs. 653,000), by 38% in Kids 2-11 (589,000 vs. 426,000), by 52% in Kids 6-14 (695,000 vs. 456,000), by 44% in Kids 6-11 (523,000 vs. 364,000) and by 42% in Tweens 9-14 (498,000 vs. 350,000).
"Mighty Med" stars Bradley Steven Perry (Disney Channel's "Good Luck Charlie") and Jake Short (Disney Channel's "A.N.T. Farm"), Paris Berelc and Devan Leos ("Madea's Witness Protection"). Recurring are Jason and Randy Sklar ("ESPN's Cheap Seats: Without Ron Parker") and Carlos Lacamara ("The Brothers Garcia").
The series was created by Jim Bernstein (Disney's "Phineas and Ferb") and Andy Schwartz ("Scrubs"). Stephen Engel (Disney Channel's "A.N.T. Farm," "The Big Bang Theory") and Bernstein serve as executive producers and Schwartz serves as supervising producer.
Disney XD is a basic cable channel and multi-platform brand showcasing a compelling mix of live-action and animated programming for Kids age 6-14, hyper-targeting boys and their quest for discovery, accomplishment, sports, adventure and humor.
