Here are the highlights of the 13 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (10/29/13):
NBC (9.597 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 3.0, #1) was the network to beat among adults 18-49 on Tuesday thanks to a new "The Biggest Loser 15" (5.951 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.8, #T4) and an expanded two-hour "The Voice" (11.421 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 3.5, #1). Both however were season lows.
CBS (15.213 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.5, #2) then was the most-watched broadcaster with its mix of "NCIS" (18.980 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.0, #2), "NCIS: Los Angeles" (14.763 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.6, #3) and "Person of Interest" (11.896 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.8, #T4) - its series low.
Next up was FOX (4.762 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.5, #3) with special Tuesday editions of "The X Factor" (5.093 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.6, #7) and a second "The X Factor" (4.431 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.4, #T8).
Meanwhile, ABC (4.109 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.2, #4) served up a repeat of "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD" (4.256 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.2, #10) followed by new episodes of "The Goldbergs" (5.369 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.7, #6) and "Trophy Wife" (4.275 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.4, #T8) alongside an encore of "Shark Tank" (3.249 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.0, #12).
And finally, new episodes of "The Originals" (2.022 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.9, #13) and "Supernatural" (2.164 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 1.1, #11) on The CW (2.092 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.0, #5) closed out the evening.
In the netlet's target demo (women 18-34), "Originals" delivered a 1.0 rating while "Supernatural" posted a 1.1 rating.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.8/4; "Late Show," 0.6/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.5/6 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.4/5). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 1.0/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
