Lead All Broadcasts In Ratings And Viewers
CBS Sports' Week 13 national doubleheader coverage of THE NFL ON CBS on Sunday, Dec. 1, highlighted by Denver vs. Kansas City (4:25 PM, ET), earned an preliminary national household rating/share of 16.7/29, up 20%, from last year's 13.9/24, tying with Denver-Dallas (16.7/31 on 10/06 on CBS) as the highest rated NFL telecast on any network this season.
The Denver-Kansas City game and the Denver-Dallas are the two highest-rated NFL games this season on any network.
The 16.7/29 is the highest-rated NFL game window of the day on any network, including prime time.
The 4:25 PM Sunday afternoon national games continue to lead all broadcasts in ratings and viewers. Through 13 Weeks of the 2013 NFL season, the Sunday afternoon national games (4:25 PM, ET) have combined to average a national household rating/share of 15.7/29, 22% higher than the average for the 13 Sunday Night primetime games (12.9/21).
The Sunday afternoon national games are averaging a season-to-date combined 26.5 million viewers (P2+), 21% higher than the 21.9 million viewers (P2+) for the Sunday primetime games.
The seven NFL ON CBS national games in 2013 have earned an average national HH rating/share of 15.5/28, 20% higher than the 13 primetime games (12.9/21). The CBS national games are averaging 26.0 million viewers (P2+), 19% higher than the 13 Sunday primetime games (21.9 million).
