In Late-Night Metered-Market Household Averages for Saturday night:
· "Saturday Night Live," with host Jimmy Fallon and musical guest Justin Timberlake, averaged a 6.3/16 in household results in Nielsen's 56 metered markets and a 3.9/18 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with Local People Meters, making it the top-rated "SNL" in both categories in nearly two years, since the Jan. 7. 2012 edition hosted by Charles Barkley with musical guest Kelly Clarkson (7.0/18 in metered-market households, 4.1 rating in 18-49 in the Local People Meters), which benefited from a primetime NFL overrun.
· Excluding nights of NFL overruns, it's the top "Saturday Night Live" in both categories since the season finale on May 21, 2011, hosted by Justin Timberlake and featuring musical guest Lady Gaga (7.0/17 in metered-market households, 4.5 rating in 18-49 in the Local People Meters).
· It's the top-rated "Saturday Night Live" Christmas edition in nine years in metered-market households, since the Dec. 18, 2004 telecast hosted by Robert De Niro with musical guest Destiny's Child (6.6/16) and the top Christmas show in the Local People Meters in the six years NBC has tracked that measure (excludes primetime Christmas specials).

Saturday Primetime Results:
· A rebroadcast of "Saturday Night Live," with host Paul Rudd and musical guest One Direction (1.1/4 in 18-49, 3.1 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET), hit season highs for an "SNL" encore in this time period in adults 18-49, adults 25-54 (1.4 rating) and total viewers. These are the top results for an "SNL" rebroadcast in this slot since March 16 (with host and musical guest Justin Timberlake, 1.1/4 in 18-49, 1.4 in 25-54 and 3.151 million viewers overall) and they match the top 18-49 and 25-54 ratings in this time period since "SNL" began regular encores last February. From its first half-hour to its second, this week's 10 p.m. "SNL" rebroadcast grew by 20% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.2 rating from a 1.0) and 25% in adults 25-54 (1.5 vs. 1.2).
· The 10 p.m. "Saturday Night Live" encore ranked #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in the hour in adults 18-49 and every other key demographic (including a tie for #1 in women 25-54).
· The 10 p.m. "Saturday Night Live" rebroadcast is the #1 primetime telecast of the night on ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49.
· From 8-10 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "The Sing-Off" (0.6/2 in 18-49, 2.3 million viewers overall) equaled NBC's highest 18-49 rating in the time period since Nov. 9 and ranked #2 in the slot in adults 18-49. UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - Dec. 22, 2013 - This week's edition of "Saturday Night Live," hosted by Jimmy Fallon and featuring musical guest Justin Timberlake, has generated the show's highest overnight ratings in nearly two years, according to "live plus same day" viewing figures from the 56 local markets metered by Nielsen Media Research.
